The service I received was, as ever with LR, extremely prompt and very efficient. Unfortunately, the document I was seeking was not available on line, so I was given an alternative document, a copy of which I already had in my possession. Sadly, I was still charged for the full price, but this is probably down to an inflexible system, and not an individual. JSM

THIS IS A PRIVATE COMPANY THAT ADDS THEIR OWN FEES ON TOP OF THE £3 CHARGED BY THE GOVERNMENT. THEIR WEBSITE IS MISLEADING. THEY STATE COST IS £3 BUT IN SMALL PRINT THEY STATE THEY WILL ADD A HIGHER FIGURE IF SUCCESSFUL!! Go straight to the proper government website where you can purchase what you need for £3.

Total rip off. I ordered a title plan and saw a price of £3, however I missed the additional £78 charge in small print. £81 for a single page that should only cost £3.00 is beyond outrageous. Do not use unless you have money to waste.

Total waste of time and money!!!
I emailed them the plan i had and asked them if there was an up to date or revised one that effected my boundary and clearly should them my boundary on my email. They phone me and said there was a revised plan and it would cost £30+ to purchase so i did. The changes were on the perimeter of the housing estate and not my property boundary, I complained and got nowhere with them, in the complaint procedure they admitted they cant actually view the plan i purchased until I'd actually purchased it so how do they know it effected my boundary!!! Total waste of time and money!!!

Late documents.
Ordered documents on 20 Sept 2021, paid £17.95. One month later still no documents and the phone number is unavailable. Sent emails and no response. However this morning after another email the docs were sent over. it seems that there is no automated receipt or confirmation when you order. I was advised by Fraser on the phone -
If you don't receive docs email or call within 24 hrs!!
Scammers
Scammers. Over charged for very basic deeds which I already had a copy of. I asked for a specific year but got a 2020 year deed. The official Land Registry office charge £7.00. This rip off company charged £ 30.90.
They won’t refund and now emails are undeliverable. Stay clear and go to the official site.
