I've been using UKhost for years now for a number of our websites and they have always been good.

UK host's support responds quickly and is always friendly. Have had to troubleshoot a fair amount over the years and they've always helped me out. Including once when we got hacked. They systematically told me what I needed to do to fix everything.

More recently they have helped me with domain transfers etc.

I'm familiar with the backend and wouldn't be comfortable going with anyone else.

Paul was super helpful with the transfer of my site. Literally went off without a hitch! Thanks so much!

We spotted a problem accessing our WordPress site and expected a long haul to get it fixed. But having sent an email to theUKHost4u customer service people, probably well after office hours, it was sorted out that evening. Importantly the follow up was great with plenty of information on why this had happened and how to avoid it again in the future along with advice on how to improve our site’s performance. I would like to say what a pleasure it was to have Daniel Naval helping me with my site today. He was patient and had a good knowledge of the systems and what needed doing. He guided me through the few issues I had and made the requested changed very quickly and efficiently.

Have 2 existing domain names with UKHost4u, which have been working well for a couple of years now. Just ordered my 3rd domain name with them, and discovered an issue with their new website building software. Reported it and promptly received a response saying they would look into the problem, although the issue took a few days to resolve ( mainly down to the website application being coded by a 3rd party), the issue has been fully resolved, and steps have been taken to move the web building software into part of the domain package, resulting in a win not only for me, but any future users of the software. My experience of UKHost4u has been excellent and although they couldn't fix my issue instantly, they worked the problem, keeping me informed at all times, until a fully resolved.
I don't have any problem recommending UKHost4u.

Every since having my website and domains through UKHost4u, I have been surprised and happy how efficient the service has been. This also includes the Live Chat Service for queries and help. Always polite and willing to help you get this fixed and providing quality advice which always guarantees that you learn something new with their kind speedy help. I would definitely recommend UKHost4u to others who maybe starting out with a website or domain or wish to transfer to a better provider like UKHost4u.

We are a charitable youth group who use UKHost4U as our main platform for our business website. Any issues are ironed out ASAP with a quick support ticket or phone call and the guys are always happy to help, never hear any grumbles. Any further issues I have had have been personally dealt with by Paul the CEO who is extremely pleasant to speak to and deal with.

We have liked their service so much that I phoned them last week as we are looking to move our secondary website to a personal dedicated server we have with them.

I've been with UKHost4U for over 17 years and it's been one of the fastest hosting companies I've used. Downtime is very rare and they are always on the case and if I ever have to contact them I almost always get a response with minutes.

Only downside is that you can't manage the domains (or at least couldn't used to as I've not checked recently) unlike say 123-reg but if you contact them they'll take care of any requests quickly.

But then places like 123-reg demand that you always have a payment option on file and if the auto-renew settings magically change back to "On" you end up being billed and there's no way to stop it, even if your card has expired they have an agreement with the banks to charge your replacement card even thought the expiry date will have change. A bit naughty that. UKHost4U don't do this.

Good control panels both for the hosting and the back-end admin and they are constantly investing in the business to improve.

Fantastic company, have known them and dealt with them for many years from their early days, initially as a business customer and now I'm retired as a personal customer.

Always a personal incredibly helpful support service getting replies at at all sorts of times when you wouldn't think anybody would be there in a small company.

As they have grown they have retained that fantastic personal service, they really stand out for that.
