What a breath of fresh air these guys are.
I am only semi tech competent , migrating stuff and CP panels make me feel dyslexic! Too much pain.
Needed to find a new host and email service - great price point. Asked for help John T steps up. Give me the log in to the old system and I will migrate it over.

I'm not the most tech savvy person in the world but Joel was patient, explained as we went along and quickly sorted out the problem.

19 years as a customer, and I am just starting my 20th so they must be doing something right! Underlying technical infrastructure is reliable and well managed with software updates and regular upgrades. The few times I have needed it, the customer service has been excellent too. Over the years they have invested in their support services, improving billing and ticketing. The price has gone up as you would expect but never in an excessive way. The greatest compliment I can give is that stuff just works consistently and the need for support has been minimal. All around a great company.

Any time I have had technical issues on my domains and websites, which do occur every now and then, the Support team at UKHost4u Web Hosting have been brilliant. Their commitment to their customers. Their dedication to getting the required fixes / jobs done expertly and speedily never ceases to amaze me. So, this is a big thank you to the whole crew at UKHost4u Web Hosting. Absolutely unbeatable! I have experienced the services of several hosting companies over the years and can confidently say UKHost4u are by far the best. What prompted this review was how quickly a recent programming difficulty I encountered was resolved by their support team despite it not really being their problem. They even contacted the UK government API provider to resolve the issue on my behalf. I cannot thank them enough for their dedication above and beyond the call of duty.

I have used UKHost4u for about twenty years now and, having had bad service from many other hosting providers, I can say that UKHost4u marry good value services with a great price.
