I had an issue concerning resolving DNS settings for my website. ukhost4u did the work extremely quickly.

The problem was dealt with quickly and the technician was knowledgeable. I was kept informed of what was going on and the problem was explained in detail.

The response to my crashing a website by my bad operation, was very swift, courteous, and enabled a fast correction back to an operating website. This is very good service.

Just a big shout to John Terramoto who in the space of two days has constantly supplied me with good support and answers to a number of issues that were occurring on four of my customers domain. It's been pretty full on and Jon did his utmost best in his support and even assisted in my c-panel on files that I did not understand on ow to create.

As long as John Terramoto in support picks up your support request it always gets sorted. He's the best. UKhost4U's service and plans are also great, but support is where it counts. Wish they were all like John.
