From the first contact (by myself) through their website to the phone call giving me debt advice to setting up the IVA application has been a totally stress free experience. I filled out the online form late evening and the very next day the company were on the phone, first thing in the morning to have a discussion with me. Paul (Senior Debt Advisor) can give Road Runner and Speedy Gonzalez a run for their money! He was the first person to contact me and he instantly gave me the best debt management option accordingly to meet my current financial needs. From recieving the request of documentation (to proof my identity and financial status) to submission of these documents they were uploaded onto the system extremely quickly and Paul was even contacting me on Whatapp with an update at every step. Next Dean (verification call) telephoned me to further discuss my financial situation (at a mutually agreed date and time) and the options avaliable to resolve my financial situation. I'm awaiting for my case to be processed and a financial plan to be accepted by creditors & set-up. Excellent communication and excellent speed of service in resolving customer financial issues. Cannot recommend them enough!

I really didn’t want to talk to anybody about this situation, but I’d reached online and given my number. Paul WhatsApp’d me and asked if I’d prefer just messaging. This company has helped me sleep at night.i got my self in to debt thinking I will be OK and I can pay it back.but it all got on top of me.i did not know what to to so I was getting down and so stressed.then I heard a advert on YouTube with was this company.i thought it was a scam at first.and was worried about calling them and taking to them.but believe me it is not.they listend to me and helped me as much as they could.then a mounth later I feel stress free.becouse they have helped with my money stress.i can not thank them enough.do not be scared to get help from this company.thank you
