James was great for me, I was stuck in a rut and couldn’t see a way. He didn’t judge in anyway, just made me feel relaxed and comfortable talking about my debt. I have PTSD and anxiety and stress is a big trigger. James has helped me ease my stress by helping to sort a debt.

I was so incredibly nervous to make the call. But My advisor Robert Waghorn put my mind at ease in the first few minutes of conversation and as others have said, with absolutely zero judgement. He showed me the light at the end of a tunnel I've been crawling through for years and I cannot thank him and his team enough for everything they've helped me with.

Stuart my adviser was absolutely amazing.
Everything was so clear so understandable even half way through the call I was feeling like such a weight was going to be moved away from my shoulders.
