Good service and got a reply mail directly. Unfortunatly was my postal slíp gone, so I had to wait until the reminder came up. Not Sparco's fault but makes the total experience lower. The shoes looked good and as expected, an extra plus for double shoe laces black/red.

Still waiting for refund after changing order to cheaper product.

Ordered a jacket from sparco fashion online and paid with PayPal. Got the order com-formation. And a few days later a dispatch e.mail. So waited for a week and nothing. So contacted sparco asking for an update on my order 2 days later I received a saying the product I ordered was not available and would I like to buy something else or cancel the order. I was rageing after waiting that long to be told it’s not available. So told them to refund my card. A week later a several e-mails I eventually got a refund. Not as much as a SORRY.
Stay well clear a total shower of cowboys....

Products are great, postage is somewhat hit and miss regarding delivery times. By that I mean some parcels arrive right away, others have taken literally weeks (they have always arrived though)

I placed my order on the 31st of May, it is now June 12th and I'm told my order will be re-delivered today as the courier tried to deliver it yesterday, although I've been given no indication of when I should expect delivery in the first place!! I've also waited in all day but can't get any idea of when my boots will be delivered. You would think that for the price of the boots, Sparco would have a fully tracked method of delivery. I understand that this is also a gripe with Yodel (Sparco chosen courier) but once I paid for my boots, I heard nothing from Sparco with reference to expected delivery times, only when I had contacted them after not hearing anything, I was told that the delivery had been sent out late! That's it! I hope these boots are woth waiting for because the purchase experience thus far has been shoddy. I would have expected a company like sparco would have been much more professional.

I was a bit worried when i saw all negative reviews but placed my order anyway. I received the correct shoe of correct size. Quality is awesome no doubt about it. However there was no way to track my delivery there was no confirmation of when I'll receive the shoes so i was worried all the time if i am even getting my product.

Still waiting once again no reply update on delivery over due

Feckin awful, still haven’t received item, no reply to any contact method absolute feckin disgrace, I’m out of pocket to £60 can’t wait to broadcast this disaster of an experience to all my friends

Horrendous, no customer service. Ignores emails, no phone number to contact and speak to someone. ITEM bought Never arrived. No tracking provided!!

Item never delivered !! Disgusted

Item took 10 days to arrive from ordering.
Then Item was incorrect. Box stated size 43 trainers were marked up as size 41.
Now a 15 day wait to get a refund no option of getting a replacement.
Poor delivery time.
No email response whatsoever.

I am a motorsport fan but wont be using Sparco Fashion again.

Versuche seit über 1 Woche 2 paar Schuhe zurück zusenden,mehrmaliger Kontakt mit dem Support und auch versucht über die Website eine Retoure zu starten (Funktioniert seit über eine Woche nicht) Fehler "Refund Request can't be send." Bekomme immer wieder die Antwort

So gehts nicht und da in den AGB steht das eine Rücksendung nur Kostenlos ist innerhalb von 14 Tagen frag ich mich was das soll.

Zu den Produkt / Schuhe kann ich nur sagen das es sich hier wohl um Italische Größen handelt, hatte 45 bestellt und würde sagen das da 3 Größen mehr fehlten !

Friendly email-based customer support, but ultimately a lack of investment/maturity of their eCommerce infrastructure and processes means that they are inflexible and difficult when there are problems. In my case there were difficulties with delivery and with returns, which took many weeks to resolve.

I have now have one pair of trainers (Jerez's!) and an Eddie watch.

The trainers are absolutely brilliant and perfect for performance driving (( have a Lotus Exige) and also just general leisurewear. They came with 2 different coloured laces as well which was a nice touch, as I like to mix it up sometimes!

The Eddie watch is more of a fashion/daily for me and that is reflected in the price of their watches. It's nice having the Sparco brand on my wrist as well as my feet.
