I will give them a 0. this is a scam the positive reviews are automated messages. after 48 hours I have not received my tickets I call 10 times a day and nobody replies. this is a scam avoid it please

Please don't anyone even try to get into their website as these are absolute scammers. They don't issue the actual tickets as they will give you a dummy ticket for now. And then i asked for the refund they told me to pay an amount as the cancellation fees, also after a dozen of calls and requests i got the money back after 2 weeks after paying the cancellation fees. In the end i lost my time and money for 2-3 weeks and end up in booking ticket for a higher price from another booking agency. Absolute bad experience and would like to find these scammers as they are dealing from somewhere hiding. Please please don't even try these scammers.

These guys are scammers, they will advertise the flights for cheap then you buy the flight and they will say they have not received money. Absolutely scammers, they will keep playing with you saying they need to check with their finance department, I am not sure how they even exist?????

SCAM. Absolute fraudsters, do NOT part with ANY money and do not book flights through this company. Just scroll through the reviews and you will see the evidence, any positive reviews look like they are bots - beware.

We booked two flights from the UK to New Zealand. Only after we had booked did the company get in touch to tell us that the fare we booked was "promotional" and did not include any baggage even though it was not advertised as such. It would be "impossible" for us to add on any baggage as the carrier was now full (2 months ahead of departure) and we could not do this via the airline or at the airport. The man told us we would have to change flights to fly with a poorly rated airline for MORE money. He refused to cancel the tickets for us even though less than 24 hours had passed.

I called the carrier, Air New Zealand, who said they never sell long haul plane tickets with no luggage! They advised that we were entitled to a refund as the flights had not yet been ticketed. Look Best Fares then tried to charge us £400 to cancel. They then reduced this to £300. We felt stressed and intimidated so we paid this ridiculous cancellation fee. The company ruined our holiday before we even left the UK.

They are scamming people out of hundreds of pounds and selling fake flights!!!! Beware!!

This company use scam technique to get money from you. 1st they advertise a low flight price but dont have the flights at the advertised price to sell you.
I booked a flight with them, they wanted immediate payment at the time of Booking, then I didn't here from them for a day, when calling them I was advised the flight has gone up and I would need to pay another £800 for my booking, they also refused to give a refund. DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Abysmal, dishonent scamming company.

Please do not book nor part with any money to this company.

I booked 2 Business Class tickets return to Australia via Singapore, supposedly with Turkish Airlines. Was called the following day, saying I needed to speak to them urgently. Tickets had not been issued, despite them having had the money.

On calling them back, I spoke with Aaron and James ( both Indian) and was told our flights did not include any transport of luggage through any airport and we would need to disembark, collect our luggage and re enter and forward the luggage at every stop, depsite the first transit stop being only 40 minutes. My partner is disabled and on a wheelchair,and I was supposed to get him, our luugage and carry on bags through customs and security at every stop!

I asked how much it would be to have our bags taken through directly and the price went from £6000 to £15000!!

I was in tears as my partner is terminally ill and very sick and this was to be his last special holiday.

They refused a refund, and then said I would have a cancellation fee of £2300 per passenger, despite having only booked 24 hours earlier.

They have you over a barrell and it is iniquitous how they trick people inncoently trying to book flights.

I had to spend another £4000 to get flights, which turned out to be not so good and cost me more money as we had to return from different airport when coming back to the UK.

A ghastly, upsetting and very unhappy experience.

I hope karma does not get them and their elderly father or mother, grandfather or grandmother, if someone hurts or scams them. Shame on you all, for hurting so many innocent people. God is watching this cheating behaviour.

Evelyn was very helpful . She was understanding and empathetic and assisted me in getting my desired flights that suited my specific needs and schedule.

Please please no one use this site or company to book ticket. They are fraud. I book ticket for my wife and daughterin 812 pound , later i call them asking my ticket but they said me i need to pay for seat food and luggage which is another 7 800 pound to get the get, i ask for refund again i need to pay another 150 if i need to cancel. They are fishing people i hope no one comes to there net like me. Please everyone see the review before you buy. The worst part is the manager girl, she is full of attitude so called manager. She said me weather pay another money or pay for cancel that all. Very rude. I dont know how on the earth she can stay on manager postion. Stay away from them.

my son booked a flight for £480. They then wanted to charge another £450 for a seat (yes a seat), food and baggage.
if its not illegal its unethical.

The company have offered me an alternative. but I have requested a refund (lost trust).

They were very helpful in sorting the flights I wanted.

Spoke to Aaron very friendly and did send my e-tickets without any delay

This company is a complete rip off! Do not go near them. We paid the £2700.00 for flights to San Francisco
They then insisted on £2100.00 extra to get luggage, food, luggage transfer at JFK stop over? This was supposedly with Virgin who cover everything! They lied consistently, paid us back only after we went to ATOL, Virgin and whoever we could think of.

Needed to ask a few questions to confirm my booking. Spoke to Jackson who was thorough and clear in making sure my questions regarding my booking were answered. Next time I book my flight, I will be sure to go to Jackson and his team.

My tip is avoid this web site like the plague. They offer you a flight for a fixed price. When you try and book it miraculously these flights are not available and the one I was trying to book was now 70% more expensive.
