⚠️ SECOND INCIDENT – ASPIRE TOURS LIMITED STRIKE AGAIN ⚠️
A year after our disastrous Dubai experience, Aspire Tours Limited have done exactly the same thing again.
In July 2025, I paid £600 for a holiday to Paris in March 2026. I have now been informed — not by Aspire Tours, but through my own enquiries — that the accommodation has been cancelled. The hotel has confirmed that the booking was cancelled by Aspire Tours and that there is currently no reservation in my name.
In addition to this, there are no valid flight bookings in place. Despite being told everything was confirmed, the flights do not exist.
Once again, Aspire Tours failed to notify me of the cancellation. There was no warning, no explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue. This mirrors exactly what happened with our previous booking, where we were left stranded, out of pocket, and misled repeatedly.
I will not travel with a company that:
• Cancels accommodation without informing the customer
• Claims bookings are confirmed when they are not
• Provides inaccurate or misleading information
• Repeats the same failures across multiple bookings
• Leaves customers financially and emotionally stressed
This is now a pattern of behaviour, not a one-off mistake.
I have formally requested a full refund and am proceeding with a bank chargeback, along with reporting this matter to consumer protection bodies.
If you are considering booking with Aspire Tours Limited, I strongly urge you to think very carefully. Based on repeated personal experience, this company cannot be trusted to provide the services they sell.
