3 stars for the Mongolian wood bow . Feels cheap to be honest , looks good but won’t last long before it loses power in my opinion I’ll be back to edit if it lasts a year

Very poor packaging, no protection for goods inside meant that some items arrived damaged also no indication that they were coming from China

A very good company

Excellent customer service
Placed my order it was sent as two deliveries one arived one got lost contacted them and they where extremely helpful offering to resend the missing delivery if not arived in the 5 days they asked me to wait royal mail found and delivered the bow the day before all the way they where happy to chat and where willing to make sure I was satisfied
I must say I will be using them again
