I have requested an update and received no reply.
I have mad a request for a refund and have received nothing.
I would not recommend anyone to use this company.
Can't leave zero , so one star it is. Ordered a calender, recieved a totally different item , now they want me to pay to send it back! Have raised a case with paypal so shall see how it goes....I shall direct their case handler to trust pilot reviews for this company , who haven't responded to my mails ....bunch of muppets

Advertising other companies items as there own ??? I seen a small bag for my Phone etc that was a” Veto “ company bag so I sent money to buy
The absolute Rubbish item that was sent is unfit for purpose so I complain ! They then claim it was warehouse problem ? Again absolutely SCAM company I’ve put a charge back through my bank “ people please be aware of these people “ SCAMMERS
Absolutely awful ordered a cgm sensor cuff on 17th August nearly 4 weeks later not received. Messaged customer services for help most messages ignored and then told to track myself. Don't buy from this company it's a scam and fraud
I wish i had read the reviews before buying from this company. Web site very professional draws you in but then goods don't arrive. As someone said good luck getting in touch with anyone. Total scam. Avoide at all cost.
I ordered molds to make stepping stones. I have not received my order and they tell me I have. I contact the post office and they do not have my tracking number in their system. I am going to ask my bank if I can get a charge back from these scamers.
Order wallets to carry on passport while traveling.
Units sent are defective and useless.
After many emails with their service dept, I'm offered $10 rebate or ship items back to Japan at my own expenses.

If there was an option of no stars to rate this so called Company I would have voted that! Ordered 3 ornaments of cat holding a lantern costing £40 but they didn't arrive. Contacted them through their E-mail 'tyiiplus.co.uk' 8 times but didn't once receive a reply. Total scammers. Stay well away from these thieves!

Ordered a gothic weekly planner, 2 months later received an empty notebook. Contacted them for a full refund including the postage which was $50AUD and they offered me $10 but were willing to negotiate. I explained that i I didn't receive what I ordered so shouldn't be left out of pocket. They then offered me $15. I have now contacted my bank and arranged for a chargeback so I can reclaim the full refund. I found out their return address is located in Tokyo. Definitely not a uk company.
Ordered a Headless Horseman model with lit up jack-o-lantern. Received broken item, that doesn't resemble advertised item in the slightest. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
Sent off for a highland cow calander paid for it and never received the product tried to trace it via tracking number there was no such number . Contacted the company via internet all I got back was emails asking for a review. When ì sent a bad review it was rejected
Scam! Do not touch with a barge pole. Ordered items on 20th July, had two emails to “update tracking” which only shows that the tracking number does not exist. Also received two requests to review the products!! A little difficult when they obviously don’t exist. It says that this is a UK company but it is clearly Chinese as the fake tracking showed China Post as the carrier.
I ordered a dog cool mat on 26th June and have still not received it. When I attempt to use the tracking code given it says ' no order'. I asked for refund but keep getting told it is on its way. Dont touch this company with a bargepole
Dont use this company. I purchased a 3D printed Ninja pen holder which I was also charged for shipping protection.
Item came in a padded envelope which did nothing to protect the product. The product was damaged and useless and contacted the company with images to show the damage.
The company took a long time to reply and then only offered me a small refund stating cost more to return item.
WHAT DID I PAY SHIPPING PROTECTION FOR!
I should have received a full refund and still not had reply to my other mails after.
Save your money as I feel I have been scammed.
