A brilliant agency to work for.

My consultant, Sophie Maple is a wonderful compassionate senior consultant who cares about her nurses and she displays all the attributes of a great leader who has the best interest of her employees at heart.

I enjoy working with a consultant who respects their nurses and works within their capabilities and limitations.

I hope to continue working for TXM and would recommend them to all the nurses that I meet.

Ashwin is a nice person he is an understanding person
He ensures you have the proper training that suits your job role
He is respectful to us the employees
I remember the day I couldn't work because my daughter was sick,he kept calling to ask if my daughter was OK and he also called to check how I was feeling aswell.
He ensure our wages are paid on time (most important) lol
He is flexible and always ask for your availability before he distribute the shifts
I met new friends while working at TXM and they later turned into family 👪
We were always geting block bookings from TXM
Txm ensure her staff is happy .because when staff are happy they do their best to makes clients happy.
TXM is the best place to work.
And thier rate is excellent 👌 👏
If you are not in TXM you are not in the right company 🙂 and once you join please ask for Ashwin if you want to be rich.
..hahahhahhaa....but you have to get the strength to do longdays..lol

Stacey O'Neill managed to source me a great job, with the least amount of fuss and bother! His communication skills are excellent, very professional, as well as easy to talk to. He's been very helpful in getting all aspects of the job taken care of, as well as showing a great deal of patience in giving me advice, for which I am extremely grateful! I am so grateful Stacey and TXM Healthcare for finding me this job, and I hope this is the beginning of many more locum posts to come through them!

I recently joined TXM and enjoying working for them on an adhoc basis. Shifts are regular in line with ones availability, registration process was quick, Consultants are accessible and Supportive, plus their pay rate is Competitive.

As a full time agency nurse for 3years, registered with over 7 agencies. I can say that TXM is the best. You are treated as a person and not a machine that needs to generate money whether the placement suits you or not. My consultant is Micheal Hollies, who is always a text or an email away. I feel respected, I feel valued and I feel finacially secured knowing that he is very proactive in getting me a shift that suits my skill set and availability.

I have been working for TXM for eight months and I have never looked back. It is a brialliant company to work for. My consultant is Michael Hollis, he is approachable, proactive with our weekly rota and quick to solve our problems. He is also working alongside with a lady called Rita, she having good communication skills and always keeps her word. Not forgetting payroll team, they carry their work to the letter.

I love working with TXM! I have been with them longer than other agencies I've worked with..now in my 3rd year. My Consultant Vikas Khan is fantastic and always keeps me informed about shifts and books them in advance for me. No stress no panicking worrying will I get enough work this week? I always know where my bookings are for 4 weeks at a time so I can plan my life. Work life balance is so easy with TXM. The staff at the office are great and communication is quick and supportive if I have any problems. I feel great camaraderie with my other nursing colleagues who also work for TXM.. Best of all I feel like TXM really care about their staff and I have never felt so valued or supported in any nursing role! Out of a 40 year career that's a huge compliment to TXM! I wouldn't work for any other company. 10 out of 10 TXM ..they really do go The Xtra Mile!

The company has provided good opportunities for me as an agency nurse most recently in Gibraltar. Looking forward for more.
