The administration personnel are very cooperative and proactive. They communicate very well and in advance and see that the locum doctor will not lose out if there are any last-minute cancellations. The accounts team facilitates prompt payment, and so far there are no pending payments.

I'm so happy that i got here. Specially Hazel was so good at her job and friendly ! She was so promumete about her job , I'm thankful and see yah!

I joined TXM healthcare last year in September 2021. I was recruited by a lady named vicky,she supported me straightaway she had my uniform in place ,my timesheets and everything else.She managed to find me work straightaway and made sure I was comfortable,welcomed and had every thing I needed.She is a true example of how management should be in care,she is professional being strict when needed on time management,absence, etc. but she is also very empathetic towards peoples needs whether they are dealing with personal things,health or even just being someone to talk to like a friend.she deserves so much credit for her work and I’m so glad to be working for someone like her she is so wonderful.

TXM. I have always said there is always room for improvement but in the time I have been working with TXM I haven't had room for complaint if there was a six star they would be 6 star so have to say 5 star plus. Paid on time everytime. Opportunity to travel to other areas with accommodation at reduced rate. They try their hardest to accommodate your working hours. They really do appreciate their staff. Taking time to listen to them. Vickie is always willing to help whether it's via email, WhatsApp or phone. Vickie is a brilliant recruitment rep. Would definitely use them again.
