Very easy to book an appointment and we had a home visit to suit our time and date. Really helpful advisors who were not pushy in any way, just offered helpful advice in addition to what we were initially using the service for which was to make amendments to an existing will.
The start to finish pricess was concluded in a couple of weeks and in our opinion was good value for money. Would use again and would recommend to anyone considering using the Willwriting Partnership.

Great company to deal with. Ian was really understanding and patient with us throughout the whole process. We also live abroad so made it a bit difficult. But Ian was very accommodating and extremly professional.

From start to finish the service has been brilliant, Broghan put us at ease as soon as she walked in the house. Explained everything perfectly and took her time over some difficult questions. Doing a will is not a nice thing to do but the whole process has been very easy and has now put our minds at complete ease.

I am really fed up with these people - they are supposed to be sorting out a Lasting power of Attorney for me but it is taking many months - I could have done it more quickly myself and not paid a hefty fee for the privilege. They sent a set of papers to one of my attorney's former address (not their fault as she had moved) but they then failed to chase her up for over four months. How long would it have taken if she hadn't been sent the papers eventually? Now I have been asked to chase up the other attorney myself even though they have her contact details. Completely dissatisfied.
