I ordered allot of things on cyber Monday and received everything except what I ordered from here. I haven’t even got confirmation that the order went out for delivery at all yet.

Ordered 2 pants 2 weeks ago and they claim shipping is 5-7 days so I emailed them 2 days ago and still haven’t gotten a response back.

I am having an extremely difficult time dealing with this company. I ordered nearly $600 of goods which they said would be processed in 5-6 days. It has been over a month and I haven't gotten a single thing. No tracking, no update, no order delay notification, nothing. Every time I try to contact them it takes 3 days to reply and all they say is "I will check with my fulfillment team and get back to you." That leads to nowhere. After so many times of trying to figure out what is taking so long they have stopped replying for me. I tried asking for a refund and am also getting ignored. How can we shut this company down.

Horrible, Do not order from this company processing takes a month and shipping takes 2 months. Totally waste of time and money. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

THIS WEBSITE IS STRAIGHT GARBAGE. THERE CLOTHING HAS NO LABEL ON IT. NO SIZE. I ASKED FOR AN EXCHANGE AND RECEIVE THE EXACT SAME SHIRT WITH THE EXACT SAME ISSUE I HAD BEFORE. DONT ORDER FROM HERE.

I ordered about 7 pairs of pants for a total of $400. order was made September 13,2021 and I didn't receive the tracking information until October 7, today is October 16 the tracking email still says awaiting to receive package since October 16. I've emailed them about 5 times.

I ordered something on the 13th of August still have not received it and no tracking information.. Just an email telling me to download a useless app that doesn’t give me any info on tracking something I spent $53.00 on

Customer service is trash. Their FAQ sheet is a bunch of lies...1-2 days for tracking. I got it in 10. They claim international orders take 7-10. Domestic orders take 3-5 days. It's been longer than 14 days and nothing. Pure trash!

Good quality pants and shirts but the shipping on my orders has always been about 1 week- 1 month late on every order so far. (going of the sites shipping and arrival times)

I ordered an item back in February. (Just to be safe I went up a size then my normal size in the pants purchased) when they arrived not only did they not fit how I wanted them too but i couldn’t even get in them. A whole size up then what I usually wear. So I returned them and went up 3 sizes at this point because they fit so small i went up to a 3X (mind you I usually wear a Large). They sent back they same exact size pants for the first time and put a 3x sticker on the package. Then I request a refund so I send it back again. I keep contact and they keep telling me they haven’t received it. After 2 weeks of shipping it back I check on the tracking myself and the tracking number shows they had the product back for at least 1 1/2 weeks. But still telling me the dont have it. So finally someone says we refunded you. Give it 1-3 business days. But tried to refund $10 less than what I paid. I let 5 business days go by and reached out again. Do you know the rep told me I need to contact Instagram to get my refund back! I asked to speak to the CEO or someone higher up and I haven’t received a email back yet. HORRIBLE I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM

Ordered late March and never received items. Went back and forth with the (automated) customer service email numerous time to no avail. Don’t order from here. Had to get the money back from my bank because they wouldn’t give a refund. STAY AWAY!!!

2 weeks and I am still waiting for the shipping label to be created. I emailed and CS stated it takes 4-5 business days to ship. After 10 business days still not info. Shop here at your own risk. Not operating like it's 2021.

Slowest Shipping ever!!! been waiting for over 1 month and still haven't received my items! Buyer Beware!!!

Update 5/9/21
Package Finally Came 2 days ago after waiting about 8 weeks. Quality of the pants were better than I expected, The only downfall is shipping speed. Plan on ordering again. Hope the shipping is faster this go around.

3 weeks and still no package. Awful company. Hideous customer service. Don’t order anything.

ordered a few pairs from here came quick and quality was good for the price will be back

It has been more then 15 days and I am still waiting for the shipping label to be created. I have been constantly emailing them to remind them of my order. Shop here at your own risk.

Update: Almost a month and they haven't shipped my order yet. The customer service always lie about order being shipped where as the shipping label is still pending.

Update: After a month and 6 days, my order finally reached.
