Thieves. They have a standard response every time you ask them anything. Don’t be a fool please, you will not receive what you ordered, nor are you going to get your money back.

Tried to purchase denim and even emailed many times I don’t believe this website is even legit anymore there’s never restocks and they will not contact you via email messenger etc

I order two pants January 6 2024 and I am still waiting on my pants and all they keep sending is the same email response

I ordered a pair of jeans from this website in january. We are on month 7 of the year and I have yet to receive them. I have emailed them over time and all I have been getting back is an email saying they will update me. Very unprofessional do not order from here.

Ordered Hoodie, never came. They still email me half a year later the same copy/paste emails. no help.

I have received some nice items from this merchant and have been ordering pieces from them for about a year and a half. However, the turn around time to receive your items is about 2 months or longer and the customer service sucks. I ordered 2 pairs of stacked jeans from them January 2nd and I still don’t have those items nor do I have a refund. They are unprofessional and inconsiderate. It’s truly a disappointment because the quality of the merchandise is great but I can no longer support this business.

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!! They sent me the wrong size pants. I am assuming on purpose so they could steal my money. I purchased last Nov (2023) and they sent a size to large. I went through the return policy and shipped the pants back. They WILL NOT return my money or ship me new pants. I have contacted them for months. I get the same lying response that they are "going to check with their UPS team and get back to me." Not only do they NOT get back to me, but every time I approach them it is the same lie. THEY ARE THIEVES! SHOP ELSEWHERE!

only reason i’m giving them a two is because the jeans actually came and look great. shipping is a nightmare you’re left in the dark for two months no updates. download the shop app however and it will tell you it’s coming from china. it’s not even produced by them it’s another company 11kn. this is a drop shipping website and anyone who buys from here just know you’re getting scammed and it’s best to go the source. only reason it takes so long is because of the drop shipping product. overall not worth the two months but everyone who hasn’t got their package just wait they eventually do ship out after two months.

This is definitely a scam… and I had to find out this way by searching the company online. Luckily I ordered through my credit card company so I should be able to dispute the transaction. I ordered a SWEATER the beginning of December…. It is now almost end of January and all I have gotten was shipping info from the website not an actual usps tracking number. What a joke

I ordered 2 pairs of pants from them 2 months ago and they still not have came in. They completely lie in their marketing saying that it only will take 7 to 10 business days. I have tried to ask for a refund multiple times but they always say its too late the package is already shipped out when it has been saying "pending" for the past month

FRAUD...Basically the tracking number provided
is used for scam. It says unavailable for delivery due to wrong address. Then it takes you to a website
that looks a lot like usps to make you enter your card info. I used that tracking and reached out to usps and they confirmed its a SCAM big scam DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM this website.

Scam!…..ordered nov haven’t received my item in dec 6 2023

I ordered a pair of cargos on September 7th and the only thing I have to show for it is an order confirmation. It's November 29th and I still have yet to receive any new information regarding shipping. I've sent a number of emails asking about my order and have yet to get any clear information, just a bunch of "Oh no! I'll check in with my team and get back to you" (I first emailed them about this on November 7). DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FRAUDS!!!

Horrible service. Took several months to get my items (ordered for a trip in August just received it in November). Reached out to them several times with no response, no apology, updates or anything to rectify the situation.

Placed an order on October 8, 2023, and just received it on November 22, 2023. We reached out several times since the order said pending for over a month and a half. Got form responses and what seemed to be a fake shipping number. It wasn't until I started a dispute with my credit card they seemed to actually ship the item. In their dispute response, they threatened us if we kept the item without paying. Do not shop from this company, they lie over and over.

0 stars - order never shipped. Got conned out of 170 dollars

My son ordered 1.5 months ago and nothing has shipped. Company says it's waiting for "USPS to scan the package". What a joke! The tracking info they give you is for THEIR website only. If you enter the tracking number on the USPS website, it says it's NOT a USPS tracking number. Please don't order from this company. I'll be contacting the BBB and my credit card company.
