Liam has been absolutely amazing
Liam has been absolutely amazing. My partner and I are self-employed, and I’d been on maternity leave for a year, so the process wasn’t straightforward. We were desperate to move back to our hometown, and Liam truly made it happen. While other lenders were starting to lose hope, Liam made everything feel simple and kept us updated every step of the way. We couldn’t be more grateful.

Incredibly helpful
Liam was so helpful in guiding my partner and I through a tricky house purchase. He explained everything clearly and also fought our corner when needed. Nothing was too much trouble. I woudn't hesitate to recommend him.

The aspect which we valued the most was the cogent and continual contact from the Turtle Representative (Liam). This endured while we were away (on holiday) and made us feel assured that things were progressing well and to specified deadlines.

Absolutely amazing
I cannot recommend Liam and Turtle Mortgages highly enough. Liam was amazing from start to finish: he was incredibly communicative, kind, professional, reliable, passionate about his clients, and explained every stage of the process in detail so that we felt confident and in control of our mortgage. He went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best mortgage for us, and to make sure that as first time buyers we were fully informed not only about mortgages but about every aspect of buying a house. We had a tricky sale, and Liam was our biggest cheerleader and best asset throughout - I can hand on heart say that we couldn’t have done it without him. Using Turtle mortgages for our mortgage was the best decision we made - we’ve recommended Liam to everyone we know.

Fantastic service
Liam was an absolute dream to work with throughout our buying experience. As first-time buyers, we didn’t know the first thing about mortgages, solicitors, life insurance and the rest of it and Liam was incredibly patient and kind in explaining everything to us every step of the way. It’s easy to feel a bit lonely as first-time buyers because you don’t feel that anyone in the chain is advocating for you but Liam provided loads of support and useful information to help us get the purchase over the line. Would hugely recommend him to anyone looking to buy their first home, be that first-time buyers or otherwise

There's no one better!
Being first time buyers, we had no idea about the house buying process or mortgages for that matter!
Liam immediately settled our immediately, and gave us tons of reassurance as he took the time to explain everything to us at every step. Not only that, but Liam did all of the heavy lifting for us, so by the end of it not only did we have our keys to our first property, but we barely lifted a finger!
We cannot thank Liam enough for everything he's done for us. He turned what felt like a daunting prospect to a walk in the park. We highly recommend Turtle Mortgages to anyone in the property market.

Quick, easy and reliable mortgage
It was my second time needed a mortgage and this time actually involved a remortgaging of a property alongside. Liam made the process super easy and straight forward with great communication and found the best rates/deals around. No fees as well which is rare.

We can’t thank Liam and Turtle Mortgages enough for all their help and support throughout our journey. From the very start, Liam was incredibly patient and flexible, always adapting calls and appointments to fit around our busy schedules.
We initially explored the idea of selling and moving, but after some changes in our plans, we decided to remortgage instead. Liam was amazing throughout – offering clear, honest advice and never once making us feel rushed. Even after securing a mortgage in principle, he went the extra mile to find us an even better deal!
On top of all that, Liam made sure our life insurance policy gave us the maximum protection possible – giving us real peace of mind knowing our children are fully covered.
