This is my 3rd time using NTS and as always they have been amazing. I can be challenging with my financial requirements but they have always found something to suit me. Nothing is too much for them and even when the mortgage offer comes through they continue to support you until you pick the keys up. I have already recommended them to other family members who have also been happy with their services. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

This is the second time I have used North to South Financial Services, and once again, I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From start to finish, Lauren and Rachael have been professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all of my options and answer any questions I had.

Lauren worked hard to secure an excellent remortgage deal that suited my circumstances and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Communication was outstanding throughout, and I was kept informed every step of the way.

Paul, Rachael and Max have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish, right through to completion.

Paul was fantastic in helping us secure our mortgage and arrange our life insurance. He was always available to answer any questions we had and continued to support us right up until the final stages, even helping with queries from the conveyancer in the last week before completion.

Lily was amazing from beginning to end. Our situation was far from straightforward, as we had only completed an IVA at the beginning of this year. We knew we might face some challenges with our mortgage due to our property situation, as we were dealing with a Right to Buy purchase alongside a flying freehold. Most of our consultations were with Lily, and we honestly can’t praise her enough — she has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process.

The first lender Lily found for us within just a day unfortunately turned us down because of the size of the flying freehold. At that point, I honestly lost hope, but Lily didn’t. She quickly found us another lender and handled everything from start to finish. Apart from sending over the required documents, Lily took care of everything and completely removed the stress and pressure from our shoulders.

She also recommended a solicitor, which made the process even smoother. The pricing is great too — you don’t pay a penny until you sign for your mortgage.

We were updated constantly which is incredible. No questions were ever too much. We were encouraged to ask even if we thought they were small.

Our mortgage situation felt very complicated, but the whole team at North to South sorted everything out with no issues for us at all. We truly cannot thank you enough for everything you’ve done and for helping make a dream come true that we’ve wanted for such a long time.

We’ve just had our mortgage offer through with Nottingham Building Society and I honestly can’t thank Lily and team enough for all the support throughout the process.

From the start, Lily and team was clear, responsive and really easy to deal with. What stood out most was how proactive she was — always chasing the lender, keeping us updated and explaining things in a way that actually made sense (which isn’t always easy with mortgages!).

We had a few bumps along the way with credit history and lender criteria, but Lily and team stayed on it, explored the right options and ultimately got us to a successful offer. At no point did it feel like we were just another case — she genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for us.

Honestly couldnt of asked for a better experience. Zach was fantastic, down to earth and made us feel extremely relaxed and confident throughout the process.
