I am not reviewing the portrait as I haven't received it yet.

I am not reviewing the portrait as I don't even have the preview yet. Turn Me Royal has to have more a sense of urgency when they are communicating. It can take three days between each email. I use another company and ordered two portraits the same day. They respond the same day, have already sent the preview, had it approved and its being prepped for shipping. I don't even have a preview yet.

BEWARE

BEWARE! I tried to order a picture, but my bank wouldn't let the payment go through. After a few tries, I call my bank and found out they have blocked Turn Me Royal due to fraud!! I am graceful to have a bank that blocks these scams. BEWARE!!!!

This was one of the worst purchases ever made online

I made a purchase for my wife before Mother's Day and even paid the extra in order to ensure I received the product before the special day. They sent my proof and I accepted it. However, I have still not received the product. After two attempts to get this company to provide my product, I still have not received the product, a refund, or even a call. Buyer Beware! Do not waste your hard earned money on businesses that do not fulfill their commitments.

This is one of the most awesome gifts

This is one of the most awesome gifts! I ordered the Viking couple for my husband. I was so nervous it wouldn't come in time but the Customer Service team replied to me promptly and worked with me when USPS didn't update their tracking. When I received the portrait, which looks so cool, my husband roared in excitement. We have it framed in the living room and everyone loves it.

Portrait was sent without approval of…

Portrait was sent without approval of preview- though they claimed it was sent- I provided proof I didn't get the proof email until 6 days after they approved it and sent it to printing. I also paid extra for safety shipping- it came packaged in plain plastic- no protection other than the cardboard shipper. The portrait was terrible. It looked like the person had two different faces, and there was a miscolored dividing line in the center of the portrait. The only way you can communicate is with emails, which leave you with more questions than answers. The first offer was for them to do an entirely new portrait for $35 dollars- the original $134 was gone with the wind. I declined. The second offer was for them to redo the portrait with changes I asked for at no cost- only it would be in digital form and I would have to print it myself- no canvas portrait like I purchased. Again, I declined and stated I would send the portrait back for a full refund. They accepted this, but I have to pay return shipping-nevermind the fact that this is entirely their fault, and I never received the shipping I paid for the first time. I would not recommend them as their customer service is a joke, and I believe they receive so many orders they just do a rush job.

Buyer Beware - Do Not Buy from this Company!

Product review showed horrible artwork. Requested cancel order. SEVERAL emails and days back and forth went on including today. When they finally answered they said they were charging a 20% fee for "all the work put into the item" which is ridiculous because it looked like they superimposed someone else's picture where my picture should have been and just pasted the other picture over their product. Didn't even try to make it look like it belonged in the picture. It was awful looking and there is no way anyone spent hours working on this. Total SCAM.

Truly Wonderful results ! Thank You, Support

Truly Wonderful results !! Artists created an over-the-top gift for my friends - They will be So pleased.
The nationally-known shipping company blurred the bar code but Support at TurnMeRoyal intervened quickly and fixed that problem - got our painting within a couple of days - And were so easy to work with.
Support and artists are magicians !!

FINALLY! Proof that my husband is an actual king.

The royal portrait of my husband is SO BEAUTIFUL I started tearing up when I opened it! I couldn't wait for him to see it! We unveiled it in a dramatic fashion at his 70th birthday celebration, and his reaction was PRICELESS!! We will cherish this for many years to come!!

Worst service ever!!!!!

I choose to use Turn Me Royal service and placed the order 6/7/2025 while payed for {EXPEDITED SHIPPING - which TurnMeRoyal offer preview in 1 business day; delivery up to 5 business days after your approval.} - AS PER TURN ME ROYAL EMAIL AND WEBSITE INFO.
The preview was sent on 6/9/2025 and was
approved by me on the same day! ONLY TODAY, 6/16/2025 they decided to mail the product I ordered and payed as expedited!!!! The person i needed it for left the country this morning, and will not be able to receive it! No communication, no phone numbers for immediate questions.. the only customer service is the message through website - that will be replied in 2 days! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT FOLLOWING THEIR OWN POLICES WHILE OFFERING EXPEDITED SERVICES, NO ONE COMMUNICATES IF DELAYES!!!!! DO NOT USE YHEM!!

This has to be THE best gift.

After reading other reviews, my sons and I decided to order a portrait for my husband. The turn around time from photo submission to our review to printing and shipping was so quick! We did decide on making a revision to the first preview - only because my husband had never been able to obtain facial hair the way he thought he should!! And, for someone who is more content giving gifts than receiving, his reaction was all we needed!

Can’t download the finished product.

While I love the concept and the process is almost seamless, in my case I bought a digital copy over a month ago and it continues to day ready for download and there has been no ability to download. This was supposed to be a Father’s Day gift which is tomorrow and no one responses to my email for help. So it may be a loss??

Poor experience and customer service

For the cost, you would expect a higher quality product and good customer service. That's not the case. I was told my picture was in production before I saw any proofs. Once I saw the proofs, it looked like a really bad Photoshop job. Two different mediums (i.e., photograph & painting) with no blending or medium matching. I submitted a change request to adjust the image and no response. I've emailed the company to cancel the order and no response. It has been a week since I requested changes to the proof. No response. Buyer beware.

Do not buy from “turn me royal”

If I could give a negative star I would!!! First off there is no “artist” making your portrait. It’s computer generated and it’s usually crap the first time you see it.

I ordered a portrait for a Father’s Day present for my father in law. He was flying in to our state to spend Father’s Day with us and I ordered him a portrait 2 1/2 weeks prior to his visit. I approved the 2nd draft of portrait and was never sent a tracking number. I wrote to the company multiple times and received a “all is well” response. Then later in the day I received another email saying my ordered had been canceled due to an address error. They just cancelled my order and never notified me!!!!

They said they would remake my order and send it out. Two days go by and no tracking number!!!! I email the company 3 more times and I’m finally told”we are sorry but it doesn’t look like it will make it on time”

PLEASE do not order from this company, they lie and don’t help fix the problem!!!

NEVER AGAIN!

NEVER AGAIN!! Very deceptive pricing! $60 for low quality work. And that apparently it is only for a digital download. Not the canvas that they elude to.
They just copy and paste a smooth looking face on a cartoonish drawing. Had to send back to add hair. 10 days so far. I requested a refund and they refused!!

New Memories for my Father

I recently uncovered my true biological father. I am now 43. He didn't know I existed and unfortunately had no access to any pictures of me. This year was the first Father's Day I participated in. I decided to get him a portrait of me. We live in different states but he says he loves it. Thank you Turn Me Royal. The process was easy and the final results were great. The artist followed my instructions perfectly. I truly look like royalty.

What a scam

What a scam, I will be disputing it with my credit card company. After taking my money, they never sent a tracking number. Then they claimed it got lost in the mail. Still no tracking number and Father's Day is on Sunday. I have to scramble to find another gift.

No response to dissatisfaction

Have purchased 3 portraits 2 in the last 3 months. My wife did not like the way she looked and the sapphire queen portrait. So I could not hang it and could not use it. I wrote three emails asking for a refund, but I have not heard anything back from them
