Do yourself a favor and order from a knockoff company. You might get it at some point.

After waiting 36 days to T-shirts that I ordered after giving a 7:00 to 12 day lead time on them I reached out twice to figure out what's going on I got no response on either then I requested a full refund apparently on the day it was set to deliver so I started digging into the company and I realized that this one isn't real turning point merchandise they are based out of London and the material you're getting in the mail is bottom shelf Chinese made cloth you'll be lucky if the sizes are right My package in particular had 20 different tags of different sizes ranging from small to extra large loose in the package I do not think that any purchases made from this website go to the American turning point I would find another vendor

Not sure how I got to this site as I thought I was on the official site for turning point usa. But I received both shirts I ordered, one was at least 3 sizes too small and the other used AI imaging of some man other than Charlie and also the imaging wasnt even good the images were blurred together like it glitched when the shirt design was printed. They apologized and offered me to exchange and I said no. They offered a 50% refund and I said no I deserve a 100% refund as neither item is correct. Filed a dispute with my credit card company but not hopeful in receiving a refund. Im upset as I wanted to support the cause

I wish I had read the reviews before buying. Ordered 2 shirts almost a month ago. When I click on order "check order details" it pops up with "site unavailable" I did not realize this company was based overseas and not actually affiliated with Turning Point. I submitted a dispute with my credit card, and they can't contact them. Don't buy from this company!

No confirmation email, shirt finally arrived. Way smaller than an XL shirt should be. Can’t get any responses back about returning the shirt. Scam, don’t buy from them.

I ordered a shirt and a ball cap almost 1 months ago from what was supposed to the "OFFICIAL TPUSA site. I spent$69+. Never received confirmation for my order, but my checking acct. was charged. Never received any merch. So, apparently this is a scam.

This is not the actual turning point website. It is located in china, selling cheap Charlie Kirk shirts.

I ordered $51.90 of merchandise in September. My card was charged on 10/5 and today is 10/27 and I still don’t have my merchandise. I ordered from TPUSA instead of Amazon to support the cause but have to say I am very disappointed! I can’t believe Charlie would be very pleased with how things are being handled?

I went to the Charlie Kirk Memorial and was deeply saddened by his loss. I wanted to support this organization but I got scammed.

I made a purchase of Mens T-shirts, Women’s hoodies, and a baseball hat totaling $188. I also donated $25 to receive a free Charlie Kirk white 47 hat with the TP logo on it. I also donated $5 for a Charlie Kirk memorial red rubber bracelet. They advertise it.

I placed my order directly through their official TPUSA website and through their store direct on Sept 24th or soon after his memorial. To date, I have not received any of it.

Oct 6th, I sent an email to their contact website and was told they found my order, there were delays, and it would arrive in 3-5 business days. I was hopeful. Oct 8th, I replied asking for a tracking #. No answer.

Oct 20th, I notified them that nothing came in and said if I did not receive it within 7 business days, I wanted a full refund.

Oct 22nd, they no longer have any record of my order and that I must have ordered it from another website that wasn’t theirs and to contact them for any info on my order.

At this point I figured that I have been scammed or they don’t have a clue on what they're doing and I am not ever getting my order or my money back. I had been given the runaround.

I disputed all charges with my credit card company because they made it seem that I was scammed on their last email to me making it clear that they did not have record of my order and that I needed to look elsewhere.

It freaked me out to lose money by putting my faith and trust in supporting Charlie Kirk’s mission only to get scammed. That is so sad and disappointing!

What a disappointment! There is nothing staring this store is located in China. I ordered 4 tshirts on 9/19 and reached out several times for an update. I finally received a ship date a month later and just received the shirts. The mens XL is not and XL, more like a medium. The 2X fits like a Large. Their return policy is a joke. I lost $50 on two tshirts. Do NOT order from here.

I purchased 2 shirts on 9/20 to wear on 10/14. I received notice that there would be a delay due to customs. Customs? Not made in the USA??! I contacted TPUSA to cancel my order and refund. I received confirmation the order was canceled and I would receive a refund. 2 weeks passed. Nothing. Then yesterday, the shirts arrived. SO DISAPPOINTING! Temu quality!!! China stickers on the Temu style ziplock bag. I contacted TPUSA to for an address to return (now I have to be inconvenienced). They counter offered with a partial refund and keep the shirts. NOPE! So far, I have requested the return address 3x. If I don't receive it by Friday, a chargeback will be initiated.
I just can't believe that as much a Charlie talked about America First, American Made, etc that TPUSA would sell cheap Made in China shirts. Again, SO DISAPPOINTING! I don't recommended!

I placed 2 orders from TPUSA one on sept 12 and the other on sept 14 they were both paid by my credit card and i did get email confirmations however it is currently 10/21/2025 and I have not received either order. I have Emailed TPUSA multiple times and only get an auto response but nothing from a human. I dont know what do do other than dispute the charges. I thought I was supporting Charlies Cause however this is ridiculous.

I am currently having the same problem as the other reviewers. There has to be something that can be done.

THIS IS NOT RELATED TO TURNING POINT USA. IT is some Chinese company profiting off of making it look like it is realated to turning point. I am very unhappy. I ordered thinking i was on one site. Didn't get a confirmation until I reached out to them then I realized it was being shipped from China but by that point there was nothing I could do. Very unhappy.

Ordered a shirt a month ago not realizing it was a fake, dupe, scam site and have yet to receive the shirt or hear back from the email sent. I’ve contacted my credit card company to attempt to get the money back.

The purchase went through on the CC, but no tracking info, or expected delivery date. When emailed as to status, they stated:

I thought I was ordering from the official TPUSA site. Spent over $100 and never received a confirmation email, nor have I received my order. No communication response when emailing them. Have emailed them 3-4 times.
Order was placed 09.23.2025.

This company is a FRAUD!!! I didn't want to order on Amazon because I wanted an authentic TPUSA shirt.
Wow! It didn't take long before the sneaky Chinese
copied their logo and put them on the web for purchase. I ordered 2 shirts on September 19th. I waited a month, their answer to my email was "it usually takes 3-5 business days." I still have not received anything! The Chinese writing was my first clue that it wasn't a legit company! It's sad that you can't trust ANYTHING anymore! My bank has credited me the $70.98 I wasted, sadly, no shirt for Charlie's birthday memorial.
