It ain’t the same it used to be, we started to shoot vids with my wife back in 2019 and we even got to Top 1000 in Rank. Now being stuck in hundred thousand something with mostly better Quality clips. And the thing i don’t understand is how they even calculate the rank. There are many people with few hundred views above us. And ofcourse i miss those days you could publish public vids without being genious in editing people away from background

As a content creator, I have had a frustrating experience with this platform. The first issue is the platform's presence: it is extremely confusing that there are so many different profiles for the same website based on regions or languages. This fragmentation makes it nearly impossible to know where to even leave a legitimate review.
Furthermore, the terms of service are a nightmare to navigate. They are incredibly extensive, poorly organized, and essentially resemble a 'book' of 25+ rules. For a professional creator, it is nearly impossible to ensure compliance when the guidelines are not structured logically.
The platform is also very restrictive and reactive regarding AI-generated content. Instead of providing clear, user-friendly guidelines, content is removed with warning, and the user is only then referred to an endless maze of terms. If you are looking for a platform that supports professional creators with efficient workflows and transparency, this is unfortunately not the place.

Use to be my goto website for 10 years, but lately they've embedded ads in each videos, which are unblockable.

The problem isnt so much the ads as their target audience. ex: watching something blue and getting an add about something red (which depending on the context can be very counter-productive).

short story, being spamed with ads for the wrong target audience while trying to relieve myself is ruining the entire experience. otherwise, the platform was decent.
