It's all good, everyone makes mistakes
Hello, I had text put on the picture, and that was good , but the text also showed up on the bottom of the portrait where it folds around the frame, also it just didn't seem to hug the frame very well, it was a little loose.
Everything else was good, and font was a good choice

It was a 1st wedding anniversary…
It was a 1st wedding anniversary present for my husband and he loved it. The process was really easy and it was quite difficult to choose between the samples sent over before finalising the design. Would highly recommend.

I was supposed to receive two prints
I was supposed to receive two prints, only received one. The second one never got delivered or stolen. I’ve sent multiple emails and still have not got my refund for my second print that never got to me. Horrible customer service

installed upside down
You guys installed it upside down. I hope the things on the wall is on the bottom of the picture not the top. I’m going to now have to either break the CEO! and flip the photo around or figure out how to move that piece to the top.

We're sorry if the hook was installed on the wrong end of the frame. You should be able to ease it off with a screwdriver and tap it in at the other end. Or please contact us if you're still having issues with it.

These are just simple photoshop actions, takes 30 seconds to complete. but they advertise them as REAL watercolours and it's soooooo frustrating thinking you're buying a REAL watercolour painting, but you get a cheap digital photoshop action instead.😡😡😡

Actually you're quite wrong on all counts. The product is accurately described as a digital painting, and the style we use is not quick or easy to reproduce.
Customers are looking for a quality professionally printed and framed end product delivered to their door. I always feel like I receive individual personal attention. Someone always answers my requests immediately The outcome for me has to be perfect in my eyes since I will be hanging it on my wall. Everyone there is professional attentive kind and quick. I love the artwork. I get many compliments
