Love my console table!
Love my console table!! Makes my living room that bit more special! And really recommend this company to order from as I ordered it first from somewhere else and I waited over a month and then they still didn’t provide the product! So turnbull and Thomas was a lot more efficient! I would definitely order from them again !

Thank You for you review. We do state 7-28 days for a delivery and we did deliver on the third week, so we appreciate your wait but we do make this clear in the information provided prior to you ordering online.
It is unfortunate that you do not think the quality is great, although we have delivered many of the small units before and had no complaints. The product is very popular and we are sorry you aren't quite happy with the item this time. With the price paid we believe it is a fair reflection on the quality of the product. We hope you shop again and have a better experience of our high quality products.

Delivery times too long, had to wait nearly 4 weeks
Whilst I appreciate the fact that you honoured the £833 price on listed your website when it should have been £998, this was in fact an error on your part & I fail to understand why you would think it should have been obvious to me that you had listed the wrong price?
Previous comment aside, the furniture itself I am very happy with & have had many compliments from friends. My only gripe was the delivery time, & I would maybe rather have the option to pay a delivery charge and have it delivered sooner, than wait till the delivery drivers were in Glasgow.

Thank you for your review, we are very surprised with the loss of a star on the delivery front, A delivery of less than 4 weeks for a high priced large dining table is very reasonable, although it was our error we did kindly honour a price which was obvious that it was placed on the website incorrectly and you got a real bargain saving hundreds of pounds.
We also provide the information on our website advising that it may take upto 4 weeks. We hope this does not detour our potential clients from ordering with us.

Very good Company: ordered 4 cushions but they could only supply 2. Communication quick and efficient with delivery exactly when they said it would be! Cushions are Voyage Maison so beautiful and well made

Fantastic service. Excellent product. Having ordered for the first time I was apprehensive especially getting something delivered to Scotland which would be a longer waiting time. The team couldn't have been any better. They dealt with me efficiently and the delivery came earlier than anticipated and I was kept informed throughout. I would have no hesitation in recommending an order from Turnbull & Thomas.

Great Products, Pricing, And Service!
I recently bought a couple of pieces for my new home, including a few from the Terano range, and they are so beautiful!
All of the furniture arrived in perfect condition and fast - delivery was a doddle, they rang me to let me know they were on their way as promised, and FREE (unlike a lot of other furniture sites I now avoid).
I would come back to Turnbull & Thomas time and time again, they made everything so easy, the staff were so helpful, and I saved a fortune!
Highly recommend!
