Pleased with our order when it finally arrived however significant delay on delivery. Transaction completed even though product not in stock. Not informed that delivery would be delayed due to awaiting new stock. Only informed after enquired due to delay. Delay was at least 1 month.

Though the delivery took long time, the product is so nice.

Beautiful coffee table I am so thrilled with it. I have never used Turnbull and Thomas before and cannot fault the quality of the product, the delivery drivers or the delivery arrangements. All I would say is that once I had placed the order I received no idea of when delivery would be - I had to follow it up in the end to be told that someone would contact me to arrange a delivery. We had to wait 6 weeks before delivery which was fine it would just have been nice to have know then upon ordering. This hasn't put me off using the company though - the product is just beautiful I'm thrilled with it.

I ordered a console table and it is a great piece of furniture and it is very stylish. It showed as in stock online when I ordered so I expected a slightly quicker delivery time. I did need to phone Turnbull and Thomas after four weeks as I did not receive any communication about delivery which was disappointing. In general, it is an unusually long wait when paying for an item upfront. Therefore, I personally think that Turnbull and Thomas should revisit their business model, because the Terms and Conditions from my perspective, needs to be better aligned to customers expectations today. The delivery charge to me, also appears expensive and when ultimately weighing up the good quality of the table against customer service, including wait for delivery compared to similar organisations I have dealt with, delivery charge and asking myself if I would willingly recommend to anyone else, my answer is reflected in the rating. This is a shame as the furniture is very nice. However, I do place customer service and experience very highly as it really makes a world of difference.

Ordered a lovely hallway console table from Turnbull and Thomas and I am so happy with it. We get so many compliments regarding it and it is such good quality.
The delivery guys had such a hard day travelling across the country and the time had to be changed to later in the day but the company kept in contact all day keeping me informed and I was extremely impressed with how everything was handled and the quality of delivery. Would totally recommend!

Chair is ace but I waited ages for it to arrivr

We were impresses by the very pleasant reception on the phone when we made an enquiry about delivery. Our chair arrived exactly when promised and we are pleased with it. Thank you.

We were delighted with our Voyage chairs but the lead time for production was severely misleading.
Victoria and the team did their best to chase up Voyage for us and
on every occasion were extremely helpful and returned phone calls
giving us updates as promised.
We will definitely be using T and T again and plan to purchase a bed
from them, Victoria has gone above and beyond sending fabric swatches and photos of the bed taken in the warehouse- top lady!
The T and T gents who delivered our chairs were friendly and professional and had a long day ahead of them.
A great company!
