Turan prince Hotel in Side

Absolutely amazing hotel, great food, good entertainment, friendly staff, what are those negative comments for, it's a 5 start hotel, great layout of the resort, swimming pools, spa, professional medical massage staff etc etc. 6 min walk to highstreet, cheap good quality shops. Reception staff were also multi linqual and helpful all the way !!! We just came back and are going to go back there!

On the other hand On The Beach Travel agent in UK is a different story and a separate review for them.

Last 10 years been traveling to Turkey this has been one of the best 3 hotels we been to.

Recomended !!!

We’re really enjoying our stay at Club Turan Prince Hotel👍🏾 The grounds are spectacular! The gardeners work constantly tending too and watering the flowers 🌺 🌸🌼🌺🪻There’s lots of Palm trees 🌴 🌴🌴🌴and banana 🍌plants👌🏾The grass is like a bowling green, really is immaculate 👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾

It took us a day or so to settle in and relax because we were a tired on arrival. However we are VERY pleased!! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽☀️☀️☀️☀️🌅🕶️The weather is just right for us, it’s between +30 and +32c😎👌🏾when it’s too hot we just jump in one of the pools. Air-con in the rooms works very well and has black out blinds if you fancy a lie in 🛌😴
The food is plentiful!!!😋 Breakfast is served 08:00-10:30. Poolside bar has pastries, coffee & Tea, Beer Cocktails, Spirits served more or less ALL DAY!!! 😛The lunchtime buffet salads 🥗 chips & kebabs, burgers etc 🍔 🥙🍕🍺🍷is excellent! - There are at least 2 x restaurants serving buffet food from midday until around 3pm. The restaurant nearer the beach has “Southern Fried Chicken”🍗 that is really delicious! YOU WONT GO HUNGRY!…Then we discovered a FRESH HOT CHOCOLATE WAFFLES BAR OPEN!! 🤤🤤🤤😆during the afternoon, including a freezer packed full, with a variety of free ice creams🍦😳👌🏽

The lobby bar is open 24/7 🍺🥃🍷🍹🥂🍸🍹if you fancy a late one😛or an early one?😜🍹🍸🍺 🙋‍♂️🙋🙋‍♂️We swapped our 3 x “Standard rooms” to equivalent rooms but higher ones because we preferred a better view of the park and sea, the management were accommodating, we just waited 1 x day until we had 3 rooms together on the same floor.
We haven’t been out of the park yet but we are going on a pirate ship 🏴‍☠️ tomorrow, so looking forward to that.
I’ve heard there’s lots of activities going on. 🥳🥳🥳 🪂 water polo, Jet skiing, snorkelling, archery, ping pong, football etc 🥅 ⚽️ no excuse for anyone to feel bored 😉👍🏾
Theres a 9pm show on each night in the amphitheater which is reaygood fun! On a Saturday evening they pull out all the stops, with live entertainment- dancers and a superb acrobatic show!👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽💪🏼 🎭 🎆 🎉 Prior to that -chilled bubbly is served 🥂🍾on the way back from the pool before dinner (the outside restaurant is very cosy) Then entertainment begins near the stage & main bar 🥳🥳 If you want a late one there’s also a dance club.🕺🏾💃🏼
Theres an arcade with games and 2 x billiards tables 🎱 The beach has a pier you can jump off which is really good fun🌊🌊 🌊 and the sea is slightly warm but refreshing! 🤩The slides are such great fun! 🛝🙌🤩👍🏾 Would definitely recommend booking here👌🏾Hope you enjoy!!!! 🥳

Where do I start. Please do not come here for your holidays. I saved for a year to bring my family of 7 here for a summer holiday. On arrival and after spending 1 and a half hours on a non air conditioned bus, we were met by 2 rude reception workers that ignored us for half hour telling us to wait. This was at 2am in the morning. The rooms were in really poor condition. The air conditioning unit worked when it felt like it. After being asked to move rooms we were told it would cost £500. We refused to pay it and was told by the manager to go to another hotel if we wasn't happy. The manager was without a doubt the rudest person I'd ever come across. The bar staff are rude. The entertainment people were nice. But overall the staff are horribly rude. The restaurant is OK. Food is average. But to top it off my son fell and broke a plastic table and 2 glasses and the manager demanded to pay £850 or we would have the police called and our passports taken away until it was paid. This hotel is the worst of the worst. Choose another place to go. I've been Turkey 7 times over the years and we normally love it

We are a family of 4 (with 2 children under 5) who stayed in the Club Turan Prince World hotel 14 nights, all inclusive.

As for the facilities they weren’t great: rooms were small with a double and a single bed in a standard room, the forth bed was a fold-up one and took most of the room space. As for the single bed it is not suitable for a little child - our eldest child kept falling off it till we put some chairs next to it to keep her safe!

Restaurants were ok, but hygiene left much to be desired. All of us got stomach bugs at some point during our stay:(

The beach: it was all pebbles in the sea so not suitable for little children. However there was a patch of sand on the beach so they could still play with their toys there Customer support was quite poor as well - we had 2 Bday celebrations (a child and an adult) during our stay and both times we had to pay 10 euros for a special treat from the hotel (a bunch of baloons for a child + a fruit plate in the room with a set up table for an evening meal in the restaurant. As well they referred us to the tour reps in the hotel (two cousins Murat Aykul + Murat Aykul/TGS Global TUR Antalya) who took advantage of us and sold us the wrong tour (Mixed tour) charging twice as much for it! They assured us that Mixed tour included visiting Aspendos + more beautiful places. So we believed them and paid extra 10 euros for it (total 60 euros/each). We realised that it was not the expected tour whilst on it so we could not get any support from the reps as we did not have the Internet. The Mixed tour should have cost us half the price of the Aspendos tour. So we had been blatantly fooled by the reps:/ Instead of the ancient Aspendos theatre we were taken to some ruins in the mountains + they charged us for the entrance to the waterfalls (which was supposed to be included in the tour) and the zoo!!! We also got motion sick after travelling in a small uncomfortable bus and felt terrible on tue tour:S On return we complained and requested our money back but received no compensation at all - nor even an excuse. Their manager Hakan Aydogan found nothing better but to blame us for misunderstanding the tour reps! Very unprofessional and shows how little respect they have towards their customers. The customer relations in the hotel denied referring us to these tour guides as well so no help was received from them either. Needless to say this ruined our impressions of the trip and left us disappointed. Just want to warn other tourists to beware of such situations and double check what you pay for!

Hôtel est assez bien, j'ai pris pour ma famille un duplex et à l'arrivée on m'a donné deux chambres non communicantes. Déjà ça commence bien mais elles étaient propres et confortables. La plage assez grand, de la place pour tous le monde seul inconvénient des cailloux au bord donc prévoyez des chaussons de nage.Mini zoo a l'intérieur de l'hôtel, terrain de tennis, terrain de foot et mini golf. Au dessus de l'hôtel rue commerçant avec pas mal de boutique mais de contre-façon.
