This is the worst company ever. Do not buy ANYTHING from them. I ordered the winter pants and they took forever to get to me, then the pants didn't fit at all. When I reached out for a refund (after 3 tries of no response within a span of 3 weeks), when they FINALLY responded, I was told that I'd get my refund after I paid to have it shipped all the way back to Malaysia. The shipping cost about the same as the pants so basically it's a wash and I list $50. The customer service is horrible and the quality is just as bad. Save yourself the headache and time and just keep looking for what you want elsewhere. This is NOT the place to find it.

DO NOT buy from them! I have tried to return something for months and get canned emails. AWFUL customer service!

Geld zurück bei nachverfolgbarer Rücksendung. Da zahle ich dann noch drauf. Mal nachdenken bei PayPal. Ich kaufe bei TumbleCat garantiert nichts mehr und hoffe, daß kein anderer auf diese Betrüger reinfällt.

Don’t order from them. I ordered a foot for sewing hems, early October. They keep telling me it’s on the way and that Canada Post delayed it due to strikes. It’s Mid January and I still have not received it and strikes have been over for a while now! I emailed again asking for a refund and no response! First time ordering from a Facebook add. Never again! Too bad as this experience really soured me from the smaller companies. I will stick with Amazon.

This website is a scam.
I was encouraged to buy based on the comprehensive no-questions-asked, return if it's not suitable, guarantee they offer on the page of the product I was interested in.
When the product arrived it was not at all what I'd expected from the slick photos and description on their web page, so I asked for a refund. After several emails gushing customer service babble but not really answering my question on how to get a refund, they finally told me they were unable to help since the product was on "sale".
I then had a closer look and found that every product on their website has an inflated price and an actual price, so their guarantee covers NONE of their sales.
Fraudsters.

This company doesn't even deserve 1 star. I ordered a sewing presser foot in November and have not received what I paid for. I have been contacting them via email because there is no telephone number to call anyone. "Joyce" has responded saying that "she" is checking on my order but never tells me WHERE my product is. I saw their ad on Facebook and wish I would have checked them out before ordering. The company is a scam and what they took from us they will lose 100 fold. No good will come to this company.

I am in the same boat. The size chart is way off for the snow pants. They would have been great if they fit (way too small). I'm pretty sure I am SOL. Do not buy!!!

This company is unreliable. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I think I have lost my money now as I haven't received the goods or replies to my emails for more than a month. DO NOT BUY FROM TUMBLECAT.

I wish I had read these reviews before I spent $50 on the snow pants. What a joke. I followed their measurements exactly and even added an inch to be sure. I am trim. I can't even get these pants over my thighs and they are marked Large.
Can't find out anyway to return or get a refund. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Ordered a screen enlarger on Dec 3, it is a Christmas gift. Just found out it hasn't been shipped from Chine yet... it's the 21st. I am extremely upset. None of this was disclosed at the time of purchase.

This company is a sham. The pants I received were small not XL but company said no refunds for wrong size. They told me they would exchange but can’t get a return address. Company takes a long time to acknowledge email, if at all. I am pretty sure they are simply trying to wear me down. Lesson learned.

If it were possible I would have given tumblecat zero stars. I ordered and received 2 video amplifiers. Not only were they split on one of the folds, but they did not work as well as I expected. But try as I might it has been impossible to get them to accept my requests for a return address and give assurances that I would receive a refund. As I do not want to risk returning these items to an address I found online and not getting a refund, I have decided that I will cut my losses by trying to super glue the items. I hope my sons will be able to get some limited use out of them. I would not recommend anyone buy from this company.

Company ships from China without advising the consumers. Took a month or so to receive the package. Ok no worries. I was excited about the snow pants. . Tried to figure out when they would arrive. they redirected me telling me to use my tracking number with the shipping company then fail to tell me who they used to ship it. Item arrived. It’s tiny but size xxl. No response after a week of trying to reach the company. Money out the window. Fraudsters. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered 2 body warmers over 2 months ago @ $79 each and no sign of them -no number I can call

I ordered a pair of fireproof gloves. The order specified "Fireproof Gloves X 1" indicating that I would be getting one pair of gloves for my Right and Left hand which I would have thought normal. However, I only received one glove.

When purchasing, the site did not make it clear that I was only getting one glove, particularly as it consistently referred to gloves in the plural, including in my order.

While I haven't tested the glove I received, it seems to be reasonable.
Maybe this was a language problem, maybe they just missed putting in the 2nd glove or maybe this is a case of deceptive advertising.

I have emailed them requesting the other glove and will follow-up here with their response. Let's see if they redeem themselves?

Once I purchased “water repellent, cold resistant, wind proof “ pants I can’t find any information on them to contact them, the pants were not as described.

Really bad!!!!!!! The pants I ordered were tiny and didn't fit my husband. I tried contacting the company 5+ times but no response. The only thing I could do was notify my credit card company of fraud.

I ordered a heated vest. I ordered a XL.I received a package that said XL, however,it may be a American size Small. I contacted Tumble Cat and was asked to send pictures of packaging and of vest.I did that. Then I received a message back stated tracting number shown was sent and delivered on a specific date. Enjoy your vest, That was the entire message. I sent a message back stating by their sizing I needed XXXL and have not received anything fromTumble Cat. They need to be removed from Facebook and not allowed to do any business or selling any item.

SIZING ISSUE.
I ordered a 3X ESDY all weather jacket.
It took a while, but it arrived from China.
I'm a fat American, and 3X for them is more like a large for me.
I will donate it to a homeless shelter.
