Cancelled order were succesfully refund…
Cancelled order were succesfully refund and there was no problems in communication with supplier. Supplier had problems with web pages which were hacked and that caused cancellation. But now everything seems to be back in shape including user order history etc.

Up and running again
Up and running again
They had problems with hackers and blackmailing but everything is up and running again and deliveries arrive.
I had to wait for almost 1,5 months because of those problems, but eventually I got my package. Some confusion with items that were not in stock anymore (I got email about item not in stock and asked for a replace, eventually original item was in the package but one other item had been replaced, but it is what it is and ok for me, replace was what I wanted anyway if something was out of stock). And I had to ask for tracking URL from delivery company by myself, but package arrived, everything ok and I will order again. However a reminder for everyone using ANY webshop: Use Klarna, Paypal and/or credit card, do not pay things by money transfers - if ever there is a problem, Klarna/Paypal/Visa/Mastercard will help and back you up in case of problems/disputes.

Minulle tuli sähköpostia että oli ollut isoja ongelmia hakkeroinnin ja muun suhteen. Kesäkuussa tilaamani tuotteet ovat nyt lähteneet tulemaan. Kannattaa muittenkin tarkistaa!

Sometimes bad things happen, but all orders will be fulfilled and thouse who requested refund they get money back. We are back again fully operational. I know our reputation has suffered a lot, but we build it all back now and very fast again. We want to be reliable and trusworthy company. I have nothing else to add, but just shit happens sometimes.

I have no idea yet, what is wrong with shop system, we are working in it and fixing the issue. Nobody will lose money or products. Our shop was taken down, not by us. Most of pending orders already packed and going to be shipped this week. All of them.

You will not lose money and if I am not mistaken your order will be shipped this week or is already on the way. Nobody is safe, even governments can't protect their systems agains hackers.
No responce
I have couple times tryed to contact Tulivesi.com via email or web pahe - no responce. Also my selected transportation company have not got anything about my order.

I understand your concern, neither we had access to any of our email addresses nor shop backoffice and server, because server has 2-authentification through email receiving a code, but since we had no access to emails, it was a dead end to get to server. Now it's all up and running as you see. Nobody is safe agains hacking, even governments and banks can be taken downonce you are blackmailed by hackers demanding bitcoin payments.
We did not resive order!

You are not losing money and we are not fully operational again. Trust me it was really hard times to have a good sleep thinking of what customers might think, but all orders will be shipped and thouse who requested refund or canceled orders they get refund.
