Wow! Really shocked to see poor reviews on here. I bought my crazy puppy boxer the Wondabaa Bungee Sheepskin for Christmas and he still gets so excited with it. We can literally play for an hour each time the toy comes out. As its got a bungee cord it's not as harsh as a tug toy so friendly for us owners too. I found it very well made... it literally is the only toy my dog has that's in one piece.
We never leave him alone with it otherwise he'd probably tear into it pieces but it is a tug toy so does need a human constantly on the other end.
I would certainly recommend this toy to any dog. You can't get crazier than a boxer!

Tug-e-nuff products are very expensive for what they are. They are not robust enough to withstand chasing and biting and tugging from a boisterous puppy

Purchased the Wondabaa Sheepskin Bungee Tug. My puppy Cockapoo ripped big chunks of the fur off in seconds (luckily did not ingest any), Customer Services only want to offer a replacement as apparently "don't offer refunds on used products"! Also, implied we were at fault as we must have used it wrong! I have seen Trustpilot reviews where they have offered people their money back, so shocking customer service as well! Please don't purchase for your beloved pet as it has the potential to be very dangerous!

We purchased the rabbit skin chaser tug having followed the advice from Tug-e-nuffs's own article on the best toys for sighthounds as we wanted our greyhound to be more active. We followed their advice, watching the video (incidentally this is actually for another product) and using the booklet they send. Within a minute our greyhound had the entire rabbit fur part in his mouth. Very quickly he managed to get off the majority of the fur (it is attached to the tug like a sheath) and swallowed it. We were genuinely distraught and faced a £400 vet bill. Luckily our greyhound vomited it back up intact and has recovered well.

When we contacted the company they implied that it was our fault as we hadn't followed the instructions correctly, yet all we did was follow their instructions! They also said that it had happened because our dog had chewed the tug... When I queried whether this product was suitable for a greyhound they said it was suitable for all breeds if used correctly. Our greyhound is medium sized and he managed to get all of the fur part in his mouth in one go.The bite area is too thin to encourage a large dog to bite down and tug. Lastly, they offered us a refund but made clear this was a favour and not their normal policy.

We could have lost our dog, or faced a hefty vet bill because of this product. I hope the company reconsiders the safety of this product and whether it really is suitable for medium/large breed dogs.

I love all the Tug-E-Nuff products! I'm a big fan and have loads of them. Here's a few ideas for improvement though, I have a dog who is obsessed with tags on things, I can not get her to not eat tags, so was a bit disappointed with the frisbees - they have a lose tag on the front which seems like it could easily be sown flat onto the frisbee. Equally my dog loves biting the strings on all the chaser toys, which I've tried hard to train her not to do, so we don't play if she puts her mouth on the string part . I have followed your video on how to teach them to bite the right part of the toy and for the most part she is good, but she's so quick to reinforce herself and getting the string part, and once she gets hold of it I know she will chew with her back teeth and there's no saving that toy again. Maybe looking at having some options for harder materials for the string part of your chaser toys would be ideal for those heavy chewy dogs like mine. I'd love for you to make some bite pillow type toys in future.
