They responded quickly to my emails and the product was shipped more or less straight away. It was also competitively priced. I would use them again.

First time of using Tuftbox and will certainly order from the again. Ordered cross stitch frame (fed up with stabbing my fingers!!!) placed my order just before New Year and it was delivered just after, didn't think it would be so quick!! Also a nice touch was the hand written note from Meg, much appreciated. Julie.

Ordered some Latex rug glue as trying to restore an old wool rug my mum and dad made years ago. Was suggested Tuft Box website by a friend. Found it easy to use and informative on the different options and products available.

Very quick as easy. They had all your needle punch needs all in one place. I did order the wrong size yarn for needle punch, which obviously was on me and not the company. A cute little extra detail was I received a free key ring and also on my delivery note was a cute little message from who packed my order. Overall great experience and all the products are super high quality for reasonable prices.
