I made a mistake in my order. I emailed the team and they helped me sort it out quickly. Speedy delivery and I’m so pleasantly surprised by the thoughts that have gone into packing the items! Tuftbox even included a sweet little note to wish me best luck (I was buying supplies for a craft hen do!) It went so well! I was nervous about getting the wrong size of punch needles for the yarn I’m getting.
