Loans service terrible
Bloody terrible at when you need anything done with your loans, every time have to communicate, have to spend 10 mins talking to someone who cant help and then gets you to fill out a 2 hour form before can even talk to a loans person for a simple 2 min question. To make matters worse it always takes 2 or 3 emails and 5 calls before the right person gets back in touch. Fed up with their poor loans service, been a TSB customer since a kid but will be re-financing somewhere else when next term expires, used to be great - now have gone down the drain

I am disgusted in this bank
I am disgusted in this bank . They are the worst bank i have ever banked with , accused my wife and myself of money laundering even after we supplied everything they wanted they then stopped us being able to use our accounts . The staff are very unprofessional and not friendly or helpful at all.

Frustrating to refinance to TSB
Refinancing to TSB has been an extremely time-consuming, compliance heavy and frustrating experience. I don't recommend if you have any sort of 'complex' structure like a trust, they struggled to cope with mine. You can't get internet banking until you have the debit card, which takes a week apparently! When I called up to get an account balance I failed the screening questions because I was asked questions that I couldn't answer because I don't yet have internet banking because I'm still waiting for the debit card! TSB definitely value compliance over customer service.
