I had concerns as my item took so long to arrive , tracking was very strange and obviously outside of the U.K. I emailed to say I wanted a refund , but they promised it arriving in a few days and did today , my concern now though is there isn’t a manufacturer address in the label . I understand this is illegal and nit safe to consume. I’ve emailed my concerns and wait to hear back, but not good

Ordered in good faith on the 8th…
Ordered in good faith on the 8th September, as at 20.09.25 nothing received. Emailed re consumer act and that I was entitle to a full refund - reply they can't give a refund as the item is out for delivery. According to the tracking app the items has been sitting in the same place for over a week, not convince this is a real tracking app.
In my opinion I think this is a fake company and a scam. Wish I had looked up trust pilot before sending them my money. I will continue to request a full refund - wish me luck.

Ordered 11 sept, items stated in uk (shows London despatch centre) now 18 sept and still no item. No communication and all over regrettable experience.

Not in UK - NOT "fast" shipping!!!
This company advertised "Fast & Secure" shipping (UK). I ordered over 12 days ago and have received nothing. Tracking is non-descript but clearly outside the country. After 12 days it has now shown as "Depart from the original airport" wherever that is! Contact mobile number on website is dead. Found a landline for Manchester!!
No reviews other than on it's website.
Take my advice and don't order.
