The company doesn’t clearly list their rules for subscriptions on the website. They advertise that you can adjust or cancel ANYTIME- but that is not true. They are not allowing the customer to do that. This is a violation of truth in advertising.
How they handled my concerns as a brand new customer has led me to not want to do further business with Puretrex.

Sharp pressure on the lower part of the head and pain on my front-head
I bought a suplement of Vitamin D3 10,000 IU + K2 200mcg Drops – MCT Coconut Oil Formula. Only had it once, 6 drops diluted in water following the instructions. After 3-4 hours, I increasingly felt a sharp pressure at the back of the lower part of my head and pain on my front head that last until the following day; it was a similar feeling to high blood pressure but without heart palpitations.
I was worried. I had been medically prescribed Vit D before in a higher dose but in a different format “ hidropherol” which did not have a side effect.
It might be an isolated case but thought to share in case another person had the same symptoms. I decided to stop taking it.

They're easy to take but I am one of the unlucky ones that they haven't helped at all. I loved the reviews and I've been taking for a while now so they've had time to make a difference but I don't see any so far.

Too early to evaluate Eyeshield 360. I think there is some improvement in wellbeing from Multivitamin Elite +. Delivery was next day. I can understand advantages of pouches over bottles, however inevitably spilled capsules from one onto floor, so have since transferred capsules to a (reused) glass bottle. Where can I obtain plastic bottles big enough for 120 caps?

I’d just like to make a comment about William Cox.. & the D3 K2 comment. Get your facts straight before leaving poor reviews.. 10,000 IU isn’t a high dose. If anything you want to be taking between 10,000 IU & 100,000 per day.

I do NOT believe that their products are genuine. In fact I’m sure they are fake.
Their milk thistle looks nothing like the real thing and they charge a lot for their products, STAY AWAY from this company. The marketing is GOOD and that’s what you are paying for. I have also contacted trading standards re this company. You have been WARNED.
The company is also listed as no longer active at companies house.
