Premium crystal items - Hair removal...more like skin removal. Better used as a dry skin exfoliator than hair remover. Works moderately well on legs, useless for under arms and bikini. Tried contacting UNIK several times to return 2x unused items - no response. I've sent my 3rd email today. No contact number just an email listed on the site.

Have no idea how they expect you to remove hairs on private region as the thing is very large and cannot possibly manoeuvre it into crevices. Really evil product, should be banned!

Product niet ontvangen. Wordt niet gereageerd op mails. Meerdere keren geprobeerd contact te zoeken. Dit valt onder oplichting!!! Trap hier niet in mensen!

Product nog altijd niet onvangen na 6 weken, geen reactie op mails (al 2 keer gemaild). Oplichterij!

I ordered this item thinking it would be the end of shaving and have smoother legs etc. it took over a week to arrive. The shipment tracking was awful, no updated information. I eventually received the item and gave it a go. Not impressed. It exfoliates the skin but the hair didn’t budge. Tried on several occasions and nothing. I gave up. I have contacted the company three times now to try and get a refund and as yet I’ve had no response. Wouldn’t recommend

I was sent an eyelash set. Not the hair removal product expected.
I have contacted customer service several times and including their Instagram page. They have deleted comments about the lash sets. I have seen others post but they still delete. They are very much active on Instagram but are not opening my message. I will be going to trading standards as this I don't think this is a legitimate business .

Dit is oplichting. Behalve een bevestiging van de bestelling heb ik niets meer gehoord. Volgens de track&tracecode zou de zending ergens liggen maar nergens staat waar.
Geen reactie gehad op twee mails. Geen geld terug gekregen.

I never received my package, even though the tracking said it had been delivered. I emailed customer support and didn’t get a reply for two weeks. The reply was extremely unhelpful as they just told me to ask my neighbours or check with the building manager. I replied to this asking for a refund and never heard back.

I was never sent the product I ordered, instead I was sent an eyelash set. Contacted customer service and no response. It’s a scam!

A friend of mine had ordered from Unik before, and received a discount code afterwards. She showed me the hairremover, which she always carries in her handbag. I tried it out on my arm, and wanted to order 1 too. I used her discount code and immediately bought a 3-pack for my mother and sister. Good price and no more waxing and laser treatments for us anymore!

I wanted to try a new hair removal product and came across Unik. Sceptical at first, but wanted to give it a try because waxing is very painful for me. Tried it about a week ago and it was a great experience! It definitely takes some time to master it, otherwise it makes small cuts and is a bit painful, but after that it is great!

Op 5 april heb ik een bestelling geplaatst, vrij snel kreeg ik een bevestiging van verzenden, echter bleef de track en trace code maar op "zending kan niet gewonden worden" staan.
Op 12 april heb ik een mail gestuurd met de vraag wanneer ik de bestelling kan verwachten. Ik kreeg een bevestiging dat mijn verzoek in behandeling werd genomen, echter heb ik nog niets mogen ontvangen.
Op 16 april wederom een mail gestuurd, nu in afwachting van.
De track en trace code staat nog steeds op hetzelfde.

Niet en ik heb mijn huid er kapot mee gemaakt. Ik kreeg rode brandplekken die een paar dagen pijn bleven doen.
Wanneer ik ze contact negeren ze alle mailtjes. DUS NIET KOPEN!!!

I struggle with strawberry skin, so I was nervous to try out the Crystal Hair Remover, especially since I was looking for it on Amazon and saw the really bad reviews for all of them (there's even one with the same name there, just in a different colour and cheaper ) but everything seemed good on Unik's website, so I ordered it there and it really is the best, I love it!!! Leaves my legs feeling smoother than ever, no irritation at all, even when I use it dry. I just have to avoid rubbing the same areas too often, but this is also mentioned on the packaging.

I never received my package. I have send multiple email about an update and never got a reply to any of them. Terrible service and i still have to pay.
