I would give this no stars if I could. I have never felt the need to give a company such a bad review. There is basically no way of getting in touch with them beyond automated email answers not addressing whatever I actually said. So no customer service whatsoever. Feels like a lawyer is needed now!

Geen ster waardig. Pijnlijke rode bultjes gekregen, ondanks gebruik zoals hun adviseren. Wederom ook niet het resultaat wat je zou mogen verwachten. Ik zou 50% terug gestort krijgen wat binnen 5-7 dagen verwerkt zou zijn. Ondertussen 2 weken verder en nog niks ontvangen en krijg ook geen reactie meer op mijn mailtjes. Probleem bij Klarna gemeld en over een tig aantal dagen kan ik mijn complete mail wisseling naar hen sturen ter bewijs mocht het dan nog niet opgelost zijn. Ben benieuwd wat Klarna hier in kan betekenen met UNIK is waardeloos, complete oplichting!

Bei mir funktionierte die Haarentfernung nicht und ich wollte die "Geld zurück Garantie" in Anspruch nehmen. Da ich die Rücksendung selbst bezahlen müsste habe ich mich auf eine Rückerstattung von 75%eingelassen ohne Rückversand. Leider wurde nach Wochen noch nichts überwiesen, auf E-Mails wird seit dem nicht mehr geantwortet und die bei Klarna hinterlegte Telefonnummer ist nicht vergeben. Scheit ein Fake Shop zu sein.

Actually, I would like to give 0 stars, but that is technically not possible. It does not work painlessly. The pain comes after the application. And to remove hair at all, you have to use more force. It also takes much longer than a wet shave and the result is very uneven.

I wanted to return the product (there were two in the order, so one was still unused and in original packaging), but customer service stopped responding. I then sent it to the return address at my own expense. It was delivered but never reported to Klarna as a return. Thus, I did not get my money back until today. The biggest audacity was then: the retailer sent without warning or communication, my return back to me. Absolutely absurd and frustrating. Just do not buy from this company! This is a case for the police / a court.

Do not buy from this company. I followed all the instructions and ended up visiting my doctor and needed steroid cream for my underarms. This caused a severe , painful and inflamed rash. No reply at all from the company. I attached photos for evidence, they guarantee a 100% money back which is a total lie. They need reporting to trading standards.

Eigenlijk wil ik helemaal geen ster geven. Ik zou willen dat ik deze reviews had gelezen voordat ik iets bestelde bij Tryunik. Waardeloos product en bedrijf. Uiteindelijk kreeg ik de belofte dat ik 50% van mijn aankoop bedrag zou terug krijgen en dan hoefde ik het product niet terug te sturen naar China. Inmiddels zijn we 1 maand verder en is de terug betaling nog niet geregeld. Niets kopen mensen!

Mijn lichaam zit onder de pijnlijke rode uitslag na het ontharen, ik kan wel huilen zo veel pijn doet het. En ik heb echt geen gevoelige, vreemde huid! Heb er nu babyzalf opgesmeerd en pijnstillers genomen. Mensen koop dit niet!!!!

Eine absolute Frechheit damit zuweben - das Produkt ist scharfkantig womit man sich wirklich ernsthaft verletzen kann und zudem rubbelt man nur die Haut auf den Stellen weg - und danach natürlich auch zwangsläufig die Haare. Es erfüllt absolut nicht seinen Zweck - Mädels nehmt etwas mehr Geld in die Hand und kauft euch etwas anständiges dieses Produkt ist Made in China und ein absoluter Fail.

It's infuriating to be left in the dark, wondering what happened to my order and why Unik couldn't bother to keep me informed.

I wouldn't give this company any stars. Do not order this product unless you are 100% sure it is suited to you! I bought one but a friend had ordered two and have me her spare. I have emailed the company several times to request a return as unused. Eventually got a reply offering that I keep the item and they give me a 30% refund. Website does state 100% refund if unused. Accepted offer to save bother of return. No reply and no refund. Communicated with someone called Junica who appears to have disappeared and took everyone with her as NO COMMUNICATION from company whatsoever. Again, **DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ITEM OR THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT DRSERVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.**

Na wat research te hebben gedaan over een goede haarverwijderaar kwam ik op deze site terecht. Alle reviews op de site leken goed en dus heb ik hier besteld. Ik ben echter helemaal niet heel tevreden met het product.

Allereerst heb ik een mailtje gestuurd met de vraag wat hun product anders maakt dan de producten van bijvoorbeeld Chinese websites. Op deze mail werd niet gereageerd. Hier had ik al het gevoel dat er iets mis was.

Ook heeft de verzending veel langer geduurd dan op de website staat. Na reviews te hebben gelezen op TrustPilot was ik bang dat het pakketje helemaal niet meer zou binnenkomen, maar gelukkig kwam die wel.

Helaas is het waarschijnlijk een product van AliExpress, want er staat helemaal geen 'Unik' op het product. Het is gewoon een roze ontharingskristal.
Het product zelf werkt opzich wel, maar je moet heel lang wrijven voordat er een beetje haar weg gaat. Ook is het haar echt binnen een dag al weer teruggegroeid. (net als scheren eigenlijk)

Kortom, ik zou hier niet bestellen. Mocht je het concept van zo'n kristal willen proberen zou je hem veel beter op een site als AliExpress kunnen bestellen, want daar is hij veel goedkoper en krijg je waarschijnlijk precies hetzelfde product.

Koop hier niets! Zijn dropshippers, had gelukkig voor klarna gekozen mbt tot betaling (doe ik nooit) maar had al onbewust een onderbuikgevoel dat er iets niet klopte. Helaas is het pakket bij mijn buren afgegeven, want had het bij bezorging willen weigeren. Heb contact gezocht per mail, maar uiteraard nog geen reactie ontvangen. Komende week zoek ik contact met Klarna en zal ik ze eens haarfijn vertellen dat ik niet ga betalen! Ze komen het pakket maar thuis ophalen! Verzending met GLS kost €12,50 en dat ga ik echt niet betalen!

Nog steeds na 4 maanden niks ontvangen.

Mail contact gehad, zeiden ze je was niet thuis dus heb hebben het naar het lokale postkantoor gebracht....ik woon in een stad dat hebben we niet daar geen reactie meer op gehad.
Ook niet op de vraag welke service ze gebruiken. Bij post.nl.niks aangemeld.

Mijn ervaring met unik is heel positief.

Door de bezorger was mijn unik kapot, ik heb Foto's gestuurd dat ik hem uitpakte. De klantenservice reageerde snel en ik kreeg een nieuwe.

Heb hem op al mijn haar geprobeerd en ik ben superblij. Mijn schaamhaar is netjes weg, iets wat met scheren niet meer te doen was vanwege irritatie en ingroei haren.

Je moet niet te hard drukken want dan krijg je irritatie als je het zachtjes doet wrijf je elke haar hoe hardnekkig ook netjes weg. Ik ben voor het eerst sinds lange tijd haarloos in de schaamstreek en het was bijna geen inspanning voor nodig.
