I have been trying to get a hold of this company for over a month to return my product and cancel the subscription I never signed up for. I have tried two different emails and reaching out twice on their website contact page. Do not buy this product! To the Soluma team that will respond to this, DO NOT tell me to go to any of your emails…my order numbers are 21037 and 7146. Find my orders and respond to my emails and refund my money!!!!!! I will be going to my bank to put a stop payment on any future withdrawals. Absolutely infuriating!!!
Customer service was very professional and understood my needs.

They do not respond to emails that request refunds or cancellation, they send and charge for items that are not ordered and sign you up for unwanted subscriptions. JUST GOT ANOTHER AI RESPONSE TELLING ME TO SEND ANOTHER EMAIL TO TRYSOLUMA.COM! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

I was told my subscription was cancelled. Next month I received another bottel of Rhodiola Rosea. Sent email requesting iformation on how to return the product. Received generic email telling me how to suspend product delivery. No mention of how to return the product for a refund. Have contacted credit card company to disput the charge.

I have sent several emails and still have not heard back. I ordered and ended up with a subscription. I found out that I have a health condition that prevents me from taking this product. I was shipped another shipment, which I cannot use. I have requested my subscription be canceled and I have heard nothing. Please respond to me ASAP. I believe another shipment is about to be shipped. I already have bottles that need to be returned.

I ordered a three pack, which came just fine. But three weeks later, I receive another two bottles that I did not order because I still have almost 3 full bottles. I read where you are automatically put on a subscription, which was fine, but I don’t want something shipped every month when I’ve already got two that I need to use before I need anymore. I immediately responded by email to not bill me and not ship the two bottles, but of course it was shipped and I was billed. I have contacted them twice to cancel my subscription and do not ever send me anything again or bill me again. I am waiting for a reply before I get my bank involved.

I ordered the three pack and was charged for an additional two pack that I clearly declined during the purchase process. I have been emailing daily regarding the additional charge and to ensure there is no further shipments and cancel any subscriptions that you slide in after the payment is processed, however I have not received a response to any of the emails.

SCAM - DO NOT give them your credit card. I was charged for a subscription that I definitively did not sign up for. Three emails have gone unanswered, and cannot contact them by phone.
If I don't get a satisfactory response from the company, I will leave an updated daily review here with my daily emails.

It took multiple emails to get this company to cancel a subscription that the purchase failed to mention. I do not recommend them.

I ordered a three month supply and within 30 days they charged me again for another 2 month supply. They only responded to my email once asking if I wanted to extend the subscription times, and when I said I wanted to cancel the subscription they have refused to respond. So I now have 5 months of product and out an extra 90 dollars when I was not expecting it or budgeted for the extra. I would not recommend this company. Customer service is next to none.

Once notified that I wished to cancel my unintentional recurring subscription, Kristian made it happen. Emails were timely and responsive to my messages, and I appreciate how much easier it was to cancel than I expected.

This is one of those scams where you buy the product one time and then they sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge. I ordered three bottles, they pushed for me to order even more, but I figured since they say "we'll refund your money, that's how sure we are of this product," I decided I could take the risk of losing $80 if it didn't work. I was going to wait the 60 days to really give it a chance but before a month had passed I received a notice that a SECOND shipment was on its way. I immediately wrote to the company to stop the shipment and repeatedly told them that in no way had I signed up for a subscription. We went back and forth for several rounds while they wrote cheerful assurances that I had signed up for a subscription. They offered to skip a shipment or slow down the frequency until finally I wrote in all caps STOP MY DAMN SUBSCRIPTION OR I WILL REPORT YOU. Finally they did that (or at least they have said they have canceled the subscription), but not before they had charged my card again. I have disputed it with my bank and hope to get the money back.
Update: They have refunded the second charge, whew.
Note that I was really going to give it a try and I will finish the bottle but I doubt there's any medical benefit to the product. Buying it once is on me, getting signed up against my will is on them. Buyer beware.
Note that I had to pay through Shopify, which I did as a guest, and then was unable to get any resolution through them since I had not created an account with Shopify. I'm so tired of having to create an account any time I want to use a tool or buy a product. I will not buy anything online anymore, there is just no guarantee you will not be scammed or your card number taken. Let's push back on these feckers.

EXCELLENT Customer Service from Soluma!
I recently had an issue with my subscription and reached out to Soluma's support team, and I couldn't be happier with how everything was handled. Kristian and Ian from Customer Support were incredibly professional, understanding, and quick to respond.
My cancellation was processed without any hassle, and I was assured there would be no further charges. The refund process was explained clearly, and the entire team made me feel genuinely valued as a customer. It's rare to find a company that goes above and beyond like this.
