Cela à passé sur ma carte de crédit et depuis rien.je n’ai pas reçu de message de confirmation avec mon numéro de commande.je me demande si c’est normal et si c’est un site frauduleux.j’attends de vos nouvelles

J’ai reçu l’appareil qui ne fonctionne…

J’ai reçu l’appareil qui ne fonctionne pas. Je l’ai acheté par le site officiel, et payé quatre fois plus chère que sur une autre plateforme, et le service après vente est inexistant, pas de remboursement possible, on vous propose juste de vous rembourser 40% du prix d’achat.
À fuir clairement.
C’est honteux que des entreprises comme celle là puisse encore vendre ses produits!

Plus aucune nouvelles, j’ai été obligé d’accepter leur dernière proposition de remboursement de 60%.
J’ai donc payé 16€ au final un produit qui ne fonctionne pas et l’entreprise elle n’a rien perdu et peu continuer à arnaquer les gens… je déplore cette mentalité actuelle où il n’y a plus d’honnêteté, et qui fait douter tout le monde d’acheter sur internet. Ça défavorise vraiment les entreprises honnêtes.
Désormais si je ne sens pas, je ne fais pas…

RIP-Off Don’t buy from these people

If I could give this company zero stars I would. They have taken money from my account they were not entitled too and set up an automated repeat payment which they were also not entitled too.

Basically: I ordered 2 fly traps. I used PayPal and immediately saw they had taken an extra £71.89 AND that they had set up a repeating payment on my account. I did not authorise that and immediately sent them an email

They responded today a day later, with the usual rubbish that they act quickly and my order has already been dispatched. That is a proveable lie. My email to them was sent perhaps 5 minutes after placing the order for two.

The implication from their reply today is that they are not going to refund the money they have taken without my permission

UPDATE
Since writing the above where Mozz Guard claimed to have already dispatched the items I did not order (or want) I have received two more emails from them. Basically they confirm that the items have been dispatched. The supplied tracking number provides more information. They have not been dispatched, all that has occurred is that the info has been sent to the courier...Not the product, just the info. Further proof they are liars and have no intention of dealing with this matter in an honest manner

The supplied tracking info states that the order was prepared today (14th May), not yesterday as the reply to my email states the item was already on its way, it further shows that as of now the courier does not yet have the parcel...They have been caught out !

Well, what can I add ?
This company has sent me 5 of these units (I ordered 2). They had charged me just over £150 but after my review and a complaint to PayPal they have refunded all of the money. We should never have reached this situation.

In one of their emails they suggest that because they have now given me all 5 units and refunded the money that maybe I would be willing to take my review down. I had decided that I would take it down until I read all of the other negative comments. Give or take a bit here and there they are basically the same as my initial comments AND they are spread over quite a long time, certainly long enough for them to do something about their web site.

It gets worse though, I charged one of their units for 4 hours and saw that the indicator had turned green. I then turned it on at 21:40hrs and went to bed. At 02:15 I woke and saw that it had already lost all of its charge. Off the top of my head I can’t remember what they say about running times but I’m pretty sure it was quite a bit longer than that. In addition when I picked it up I disturbed a tiny flying bug and the device had captured nothing ! Overall I am less impressed right now than I was before.

An odd fact, if you press the power button twice you get a white light, it’s not bright enough to be of any use though. I could find no mention of this ‘feature” in the small document that came with it.

A Bad Experience Made Right by the Company

Update: following this review I did hear back from from the company via email and it looks like I am going to get a refund which is great. That is why I have upgraded my original rating.

Original Post: I tried to buy one at $45, made me click through a tonne huge pages of offers to buy more or related products, by the end it charged me for 3 at $120, then I look at my bank statement and it comes up as a foreign transaction for $170. Maybe in the small print of one of those silly promo pages it was there in the small print that it was going to charge me for more, but if it did, that is a very underhanded way of doing business. There is obviously no easy way of canceling. I have emailed, but I would be shocked if I heard back and I will be disputing this charge with my bank.

I’m completely in love with these! I bought 3 -one for outside the caravan and one for inside the caravan vanity at night. No bugs or mosquitoes in our van, and I have a spare one. Thank you . I also showed all my friends while camping with us

Terrible company

In April, five months ago, I ordered a MozzGuard from Ozzi Mozzie, but the product never arrived. Despite sending numerous emails, all I’ve received are automated, generic responses promising a refund that never materialized.

It’s clear that these replies are generated by AI, not a real person, and while they’re polite, they’re completely ineffective. Actions speak louder than words, and in this case, there have been plenty of words but no action.

I’ve had enough.
I will now be taking action and sharing my experience across all platforms.

I was in the process of ordering one

I was in the process of ordering one. Gave them my PayPal, went to the final page where it says Complete purchase. Suddenly, I got a message from PayPal that they had charged $109 for three items. I never agreed to buying three. PayPal turn down my dispute. But I have another recourse. I have filed it with my credit card company and have the page that I never clicked on complete purchase don’t buy from them.

Steer clear and save your money

I wanted to try this and it was advertised for a good price after seeing a Facebook advert for a Somerset farmer creating this zapper, I checked Google for reviews and asked Google if this was an affective solution, I found not only allot of fraudulent claims and overcharging but that the item is as useful as a chocolate fireguard.

Companies need to stop advertising products on Facebook with sad capturing stories of how they were created to get sales from unsuspecting and desperate people!

If you are reading this and thinking of buying one or getting the 3 for 2 deal take my advice and don't bother.

Save yourself the headache of a pointless buy that doesn't work and just use them fly strips which are super cheap and probably work better than this thing, or spend out the money for a zapper which works, they've been doing a good job for the past 20 years+ so this company suggesting they don't work and have the wrong light frequency is tarnishing the reputation of a product that has been used tried and tested for years and how often do you see those £50 + bug zappers without any bugs in them?
That's right, Never!

This thing only cost me £12 with shipping but customer care was non existent from week 3 when I tried to find out where it was, it finally arrived and as you'd expect for the price it's cheap, the unit once fully charged was setup in my kitchen from around midday, by 8pm it was dead and hadn't caught much at all, the new fly strip on the other side of the room caught more bugs and I do already have a BuzBug that works way better.

This was a rechargeable option for camping and out in the garden of an evening but after the tests I threw it in the bin and bought the rechargeable BuzBug Led zapper, yes it is about £25 more expensive but it works well, it claims 7 to 8 hours of use from a full charge and I get around 8 1/2 hours a time, this one claimed 14 hours in the video, 12 hours on the website and gave me around 8 hours (at least that's when I noticed it was off)

Won’t find one to make you madder

The product is worthless for mosquitoes. Unfortunately it can’t be returned (who is going to pay shipping to France from Florida, even if it did cost $39!?) but they found an item with gigantic market and are stealing from many desperate people. Mosquitoes inside house around babies is no joke. Yeah, I didn’t buy from Amazon because I tried to help a smaller company…stupid choice 💔

Worst online buying experience I ever…

Worst online buying experience I ever had,went to this website,tried to order 2 mozzguard mosquito zappers.I got charged for 8.......371 dollars when I expected to only spend around 80,then as per company policy.....I canceled my order within one hour.the next day I get a email sayingsorry it's been shipped already,but don't worry when you receive your product that the junior customer experience advisor himself would personally guide me through the return process,soon as I received my 8 mozzguards I immediately emailed this junior customer experience advisor, and now 2 days later I have not heard a word,so in my opinion DO NOT ORDER FROM THE MOZZ GUARD WEBSITE !!!!!!!!!

The problem is with ordering from facebook everyone knows that you can’t order anything from them on facebook you need to check them out on trust pilot to see if they are a scam first before you order and then open it up on your browser before you order.

Do not buy

Do not buy. This company is terrible. They have continued to charge me without responding to any emails or authorization from me. They delivered my product to the wrong address and refused to make it right or even communicate with me.

Mozzguard via Prillia. Op 10/6 bestelde ik via Pirillia 2…

Op 10/6 bestelde ik via Pirillia 2 mozzguards. Op 27/6 kwam de bestelling aan maar bevatte niet de gevraagde mozzguard. Wel goedkope brol van chinese makelij. Noch de verpakking noch het product vermeldde de naam Mozzguard. Na 4 u is de batterij plat. Ik voel me opgelicht. Pirillia staat voor oplichting.
