The product is very intuitive and easy to get going in the app. It provides a lot of peace of mind.

We were very excited watching poppy climb in the ratings. Her steps counted up in the rankings and then her step count actually started going backward. We enjoyed watching it and no longer pay attention.

The fi mini doesn’t seem to be as accurate as the regular sized one, but it still gives me peace of mind knowing the general area my cat is in.

Having a Fi collar on our new puppy has been such a relief for us. We have had to put it in Lost Mode 2 times and found her immediately.
The sense of security is amazing

Love being able to track my dogs and its a super fun bonus to see all of their steps and climb in rank. I however have grown so increasingly frustrated with the "base" outfitted.
It's constantly dropping signal and disconnecting. This last time, refusing to connect again all together. The customer service is pretty dang good, but I'm so tired of fixing this issue that I've given up and my dogs essentially just have regular collars.

Found dog so soon as GPS picked up. Great product….

The GPS accuracy is very good and helped me find my escaped dog with much less stress than without. The battery life is also fantastic, and the activity tracker and scoreboards are very fun to monitor - I’m sure my dog is getting more exercise as a result. This is great product.

Max likes to roam. It is nice to know where he is.

The Fi collar has been working flawlessly. Our dog Tucker has a large rural area to run and walk in. To be able to go to the app and see where he is in real time is very comforting. We track him down and get him back to the base quickly because of the collar! Thanks for such a great product!

The tracking is unreliable and delayed. Also, get random safe zone exits when my dog is in the house.

The collar has helped locate my dog on a number of occasions quickly… She’s an escape artist, and it saved me numerous hours of tracking

This works well as my wife and I have opposite schedules and frequently travel with the dog. We have on notifications for who leaves with the dog and enjoy the piece of mind if she ever gets lost.

The Fi Collar is dependable. We started using it about 6 months ago and have never had an issue. It has never missed an alert and the location tracking is accurate.
The collar is durable and waterproof, which is great because our boy spends a lot of time in the water.
The peace of mind we get from having it on our dog is worth every penny.

I could follow my dog in real time at the off leash park. Tremendous stress reliever.

The new Fi Mini fits our small dog perfectly. It works as promised. When the dog exits the safe zone we get a notice moments later.
