The fi mini falls out of the attachment. Luckily I have tracked it and found it but that doesn’t help if my dog gets lost. It sometimes gives false alerts that she is out of area.

I've tried competitors and Fi has been the best clear and away especially because of battery life, but also with other competitors the device always breaks down around the 10-12 month mark and Fi has worked as well today as when I first purchased it. The newest version is great for all the added features as well. Really allows you to stay on top of things and notice any potential irregularities.

This has been a lifesaver for my wandering pups. The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars is because the lost mode takes awhile to actually kick in. Also the gps is not always accurate. I do live in the boondocks so that is probably why, but still is frustrating.

Every time my dog jumped the fence to wonder the neighborhood, I was able to locate him fast and get him back home where he belongs. The fi collar always told me exactly where he was and where he’d move to if I didn’t get to him quick enough the first time. I love that the fi collar has a light on it so when I let my dog outside at night I can still watch him without having a flash light and following him around. Overall highly satisfied and will be recommending to everyone I know. Thank you.

Very accurate. My dog had a habit of escaping and without this accuracy, Bo had acres to be lost in and that would have broken my heart.

GPS is not very accurate

I walk 5.6 miles the Fi says only 4.6 miles and sometimes it doesn’t even log out walk

I just love Fi. It is the best device for pets that exists today. I have peace of mind knowing I know where my pups are at all times.

Good quality collar and great tracking device and have never had any problems with it!

I love the collar. It provides a lot of peace of mind. My only complaint is the battery life starts out AMAZING but has gotten to be less over time. It still works great and holds a charge several days, just much less than when it was new.

This is my second dog and I believe that if the Fi was around 20 years ago I would have bought it for my first dog. The accuracy is incredible for the GPS. Of course yours may very, but for us and while traveling it's been great. Even if I didn't need the GPS. All the sleep and daily activity information the Fi provides is beyond helpful. It really helps me determine if our dog is tired and getting cranky or just needs a puzzle box to play with. At one point when our dog was like 7 months old and I was having a hard time. Non-stop energy and his puppy 🧠 is trying to figure out how to settle and relax. I get a call from my wife. She logged into our Fi account after I messaged asking for help. I was exhausted. She told me to put the little guy (65lb GSD) down for a nap. Turned out he had only slept for like 10 hours. So that feature is another reason why I feel this product and service deserves the 5-stars.

I believed we had a whonky collar that showed my daily walks with our dog Margo cutting into lawns and even going through backyards, the map looked like a drawing from a preschooler.
One simple request for assistance to Customer Service provided a simple and quick response to simply have the app open and running BEFORE we left our Safe Zone. That’s it problem solved.

I love using fi. It’s great fun keeping track of my pups steps. During the week we have a dog sitter in the afternoon, and the app allows us to make sure our pup is getting exercise and keeps track of where she is. I highly recommend.

We love our two furry friends and FI gives us the insight into their lives. We can see their activity level, their sleep patterns and how their day went. What has amazed us as how both Hank and Snoopy get upset when we take the FI collar off them to charge it. Snoopy acted like he'd snatch it off the base given half a chance. Hank just gave me a bad look, it's mine.

The product was great and customer service outstanding! But too expensive for me right now.

Great collar, loved the features, didn’t like price increases, got to expensive

I love being able to see how active my puppy is throughout the day and knowing I’ll always be able to find her if she wanders off.

Great purchase. I never have to worry again about finding my dog should she get out.
