I recently used Truuli to rent out my property in South London and my lettings officer Nana, was a gem, he was very knowledgeable about the area and recommended tenants, he really went above and beyond to secure me tenants for my property, previous letting officers have always disappointed me but Nana and Truuli were excellent, great service Nana, hope you stay like this throughout our business, this letting officer Nana and his office I would recommend for their professionalism and great service

What an amazing and impeccable service!!! I decided to go through Truuli to buy my first property and I have no regrets. As a first time buyer it can be a daunting experience and so I was nervous and asked lots of questions. I was reluctant to go through Truuli who are not a very well known estate agents compared to some of the other big name players, however I now have no regrets and I would do so again when I am ready to purchase another property. Sometimes it is good to trust your instincts. Leigh Thomas at Truuli has been great throughout my selling experience. Shelly Smith really knew the type of property I wanted as she showed me a property I had not requested to view and I completely fell in love with it. She offered great advice between the offer stage all the way to completion and I am thoroughly grateful! She also kept in good contact weekly and I completed in 3 months. Buying a house through Truuli has been absolutely great.The service was fantastic and Michael Anthony always supported whenever there were issues with the solicitor.
It took me only 2 months to complete and this is thanks to the wonderful service Truuli offer.

Leigh and Akuwa have been stars, very proactive in finding genuine buyers within a few days of our properties going on the market. Professionals with a personal engagement throughout the transaction, which is rare in the industry. They effectively liaised between solicitors for both parties, and we were promptly informed of any developments. They also helped in arranging their own contractors to sort out some certifications at very competitive rates.
Highly recommended, and will definitely be using them to sell and buy in the future.
