Ryan was incredible from start to finish!

Having worked with a few different estate agents, he went above and beyond expectations, he helped moved the process along, gave advice and was always available when needed! The process was relatively long due to some unexpected challenges, but Ryan was keeping me and the seller constantly updated to ensure everyone had full transparency.

He was a pleasure to deal with and when I need an estate agent again, he will be my first call!

As a first time seller in this market working with Ryan was a breath of fresh air!

I was initially on the market with another company but after 13 weeks it transpired that they could not stick to their word or deliver a good service.

When I initially met Ryan I was hesitant that he was going to be like my previous agent and just talk a good game. Within a few days I knew I had made the right choice in Ryan. He stuck to his word about being the only point of contact and he always gave me honest feedback and thoughts about the market, not just what I wanted to hear.

Within three weeks Ryan had generated more viewings than the other agent and we accepted an offer. Ryan’s efforts did not stop there, he put in touch with a great solicitor and was in constant contact to get me in my new home within 7 weeks.

As a first time buyer I didn't really understand the process fully but Ryan showed me several properties in my budget and requirements and was excellent throughout helping with the offer process and getting the deal over the line. Even when the exchange got delayed (for reasons outside our control) Ryan was very engaging and understanding and helped ensure we managed to get the completion date held to minimise any delay.

All in all, a very good experience with Truuli and would highly recommend them as an agent for anyone looking to purchase in the Croydon area.

This is my second time using Truuli as I needed to sell my mums home following her passing and they were superb. Ryan was so helpful throughout a very long and bumpy process to sell this home, and was supportive throughout. After a poor experience with a previous agent with my property on the market for 5 months without selling and a severe lack of viewings even during the January "rush", Truuli and Ryan Morgan took over at speed and managed to get loads of viewings sorted really quickly. Within 10 days I had two offers at asking price, one of which I accepted. I then was able to exchange within 8 weeks.

The brilliantly friendly nature, consistent and easy communication, his persistence in sorting any issues, explaining how he worked and then following it up as he said shows that there are really good estate agents out there who really work hard for the vendor.

I'm slightly gutted that he isn't the person who was dealing with the purchase of our next property, but I would highly recommend Truuli and Ryan to anyone in the Croydon area.

Ryan is a very friendly and approachable person and I was able to contact him with any queries especially as I have never sold a property before.

Selling a house can be a very stressful process and Ryan made the process alot less stressful and he did an amazing job selling our property. He would always communicate with me regarding viewings he had arranged and would follow up with an email to keep us updated.

After being very disappointed with another well known estate agency, working with Truuli showed me that not all estate agents are the same and Truuli showed that they are professional and accessible with their clients and genuinely care.

When he went on holiday, he informed us before and did a proper handover. His colleagues dealt with matters as efficient and friendly during his absence.
