Honestly, my experience with this platform was terrible. It did not feel trustworthy at all, and after looking through reviews, the ratings on the UK version of review sites seemed far more genuine and consistent with what I experienced. Across multiple independent sites, there are many negative reviews and complaints, while the only place they seem to have overwhelmingly high ratings is on their own platform, which feels very suspicious to me.
It also gave me the impression that customer support staff are simply following instructions from higher management rather than actually trying to help customers. At times, the responses felt scripted and focused more on protecting the company’s image than resolving issues fairly.
What made it worse was receiving emails proudly highlighting their star ratings, while my actual experience was the complete opposite. Based on what I went through, the service felt misleading, overly aggressive, and designed to pressure customers rather than genuinely support them. I would strongly advise others to research independent reviews carefully before using this platform.
