I had no idea that TFA no longer trading, it was only in the past couple of days i wondered why my pre-probate payment hadn't been withdrawn. So what happens to the money ive paid for this service

Estate consultation
The representative arrived on time. He made me feel at ease, and explained everything in detail. He answered all my questions in great detail concerning my needs. He took time to make me feel comfortable in what I needed. When he left I felt assured that I was doing the right thing.

The Rep was very friendly
The Rep was very friendly. Was able to answer questions when asked even if he was explaining a different point. There was little or no pressure to take out any agreements unless that was the reason for his call. He was ok with me bringing in some more possible clients.

He was a very friendly and professional man. He explained things very well. Despite the reason for our meeting, we had a very pleasant afternoon with him
Unfortunately, due to a scam of which I was the victim, we now need all the available cash we can muster. It is for this reason that we are cancelling our application, in the hope that you will be able to refund our £500 deposit. If you were able to do this, we should be very,grateful.
