HI, had a problem with time on my phone handset not updating after start of DST. One message to customer service, received a call back within minutes, change were made at the server end and now its all good. Excellent service the IT/Tech guy.

Very disappointing experience with Trust Business.

I switched my business broadband from BT after being promised that my monthly bill would match my previous BT bill of around £38-39 per month. Based on those assurances, I agreed to move my service and ended up paying around £160 early termination charges to BT.

After switching:
- monthly invoices increased to £51-58+
- additional charges kept appearing
- CCTV and internet setup issues remained unresolved
- customer support was extremely poor
- I repeatedly chased updates with little or no response

A manager even asked me to send all evidence and billing details through personal WhatsApp, but after sending everything requested, communication mostly stopped.

As a business owner, reliable internet and honest billing are extremely important. Unfortunately this whole experience caused financial loss, stress, wasted time, and disruption to my business.

I strongly recommend that other businesses:
- get every promise in writing
- carefully check all invoices
- fully understand contract terms before switching

I am now pursuing a formal complaint regarding this matter.

I was connecting my WiFi extender in our restaurant, Mr Praveen was very helpful and patiently helped us set the boaster over the phone.

Was having issues with bandwidth speed and had contacted Praveen. He had me on call walking me through trouble shooting within an hour of contacting. Got the issue resolved. And the rare chances we do call in support, it’s always speedy.

We recently had Trust Business install our new broadband and landline services. While the internet and Wi-Fi were working perfectly right out of the gate, we unfortunately experienced an initial issue where our landline was not connecting.

I am writing this review specifically to highlight the exceptional customer service provided by a representative named Jagdeep Singh. From the moment we reported the issue, Jagdeep took complete ownership of the situation. To ensure we weren't left disconnected, he immediately arranged for our landline calls to be diverted to our mobile phones.

Thanks to his proactive approach and dedication, the landline issue was completely sorted out within just 3 to 4 days of the installation. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was running flawlessly within that first week.

I gladly give Trust Business a 5-star rating for their reliable service, but I give Jagdeep Singh a 10/10 for his outstanding professionalism and helpfulness. Highly recommended!

We had many problems with our previous internet .
However , when we got connected with Praveen and follow his instructions .
We got the FTTP and now the internet is much better and we are very happy with that.

I had a lovely chat with Pintu over a video call, he helped fix the phone line within 10mins of us contacting them. So far the service has been amazing.

The worst internet supplier what I ever seen in my life , I’ve been waiting for engineers more than 1month and half , they book engineers who didn’t showed up for installing, they didn’t give you any answers , please trust me and avoid this internet suppliers to keep your business safe

Very very poor customer service actually the name doesn’t suit this company Trust Business don’t trust them,I have signed contract with them for -£37.99plus vat and I am getting bills every month with different amount like £57 and I and have ordered device for my Oyster card last week which they aren’t aware of and telling me that someone will call you regarding this but since last week nothing has been sorted .If you want to buy broadband go for BT only
