Truelancer doesn't care about their freelance workers. When a company you've done work for keeps changing the conditions for payment after the work has been done, don't think Truelancer will help you. They'll politely apologise for the inconvenience it may cause you to not get paid, but that's the extent of it. Truelancer will not hold the companies hiring people through their website accountable. For them it's all about the money, and Truelancer make more money on a company than one freelancer, so they side with the company.

This platform is humane and thoughtful. Improvements can be made in terms of accountability but staff are responsive and try to help correct anything. We found good candidates and achieved what we needed to help support the poor and marginalized.

We wanted to do our website on WordPress, a simple task, the admin (Nikhil ) 2 times assigned two freelancers, and both failed to do the job. Bad Selection 2 Times.

Then, upon request to refund my amount, the request got neglected, and my budget is being hold without being able to use it.

You send emails, chats, WhatsApp, and no one respond!!

Does not look like a real professional company with systematic processes !

Currently job posted on Truelancer.com from 9 days. No reply, so contacted to help after 2 days, "We are here" took all information and no reply yet. after 4 days I email Support, Mr Nikhil reply once then provide necessary information, then follow up by 3 emails but no reply from support or no Whats app call. I think admin do not care about clients at all.
