Great platform, good support.

This company should appoint skillful persons of various streams and give them jobs with time to deliver it, keeping faith on their caliber,Mohendra.'s 2nd assignment if he agrees with me ishall solve quickly ,my home computer is out of order now,that have been my main problem,other wise with in 24 hours ican deliver various projects to your customers ,satisfying them,Have patience,see my portfolio, Good multitalented members can increase platform's reputation, ishall be permanent member of "Truelacer" if i get positive respose from them,the team."Freelancer "is not co -operating

after I paid for a pro plan and after some time in the next 15 minutes I just applied for some project and updated my profile got some email that like oh thank you for updating your profile and after 5 minutes my account got blocked, and I tried to contact the customer support but there was no one to respond me and I did not violated anything. All I just did is just updated my profile and applied the for some jobs, I would suggest you do not waste money.

Great experience overall. The platform provides excellent opportunities, smooth communication, and a reliable environment for completing projects. It’s easy to connect with clients, and the support system is helpful and responsive. I truly appreciate the experience and would recommend it to others.

One of the worst customer support I ever seen.

I was looking for a voice artist and shared a sample script with one voice artist in which the agent asks customer for the contact number -- just a part of script.

They incorrectly flagged it and blocked my account and when I reached out to them via mail (they just have mail available in India), they didnt even bother to respond. On the contact support page, they tend to promise to respond within 24 hours but they have not responded yet and it is been more than 6 days.

Got a good result.but you have to give all details before a job.

Good website to work professionally

I am very disappointed with my recent experience on Truelancer.

I initially requested a withdrawal on February 2. On February 9, that withdrawal was cancelled after my membership plan was renewed without my authorization, and $10 was deducted from my balance.

On the same February 9, I initiated another withdrawal to Payoneer for $288 (after the 10% platform commission). However, after the unexpected $10 membership deduction, my available balance became $278.

As of February 12, the withdrawal is still pending. I have sent multiple emails to support but have not received any response. The lack of communication and transparency is concerning, especially when freelancers rely on timely payments.

I would like clarification on:

Why my membership was renewed without clear consent

The expected processing timeline for my Payoneer withdrawal

I hope this issue is resolved promptly.

Truelancer is a good freelancing platform. I completed my project successfully and received payment on time. The website is easy to use and good for beginners. Overall, a good experience.

Very disappointing experience with Freelancer platform, especially after taking their Plus Membership.

Even after paying around ₹50,000 for Plus, I am getting almost zero support from the team. My account gets locked repeatedly every month without any proper reason, and I have to raise multiple requests just to get it unlocked. This completely disrupts my work and client communication.

I was assigned a relationship manager (Nancy Singh) after purchasing Plus, but after onboarding she never receives calls or responds to messages. Before taking the membership she was responsive, but after payment there is no support at all.

Another major issue is payouts. I raised a payout request on 3rd January and even on 18th January the amount is still not received. No proper response from support despite multiple emails.

The worst part is – even when we find clients ourselves, discuss with them multiple times, show work samples, and win the project, Freelancer still charges 20% commission while providing ZERO help in the process. We do all the effort, but the platform only takes money without supporting freelancers.

Plus membership feels like a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this platform to anyone who expects fair treatment and real support.
