sent my part to the wrong state and I never received another one called and ask what was going to be done was told there was noting that could be done about the part being missing so I was given a full refund but that doesn't get my equipment repaired

Had the exact OEM part I needed at a fraction of the cost that the dealership quoted.

Made a follow up for further information and was able to speak with anyone.

The website is easy to navigate around. When I reached out to support, the were friendly and responded promptly. Delivery went smoothly and accurately.

I ordered a part and then called to get it canceled. I was told it was taken care of and the part would not ship. Well, the part was shipped. I now can't return it.

Harness was supposedly Cummins genuine, but had wrong plugs for QSM11. Had to install Deutsch pin connectors to make work correctly.
After making the purchase I now get texts, emails, and phone calls about parts I didn’t not order. I’ve told them several times now that’s it’s not me and stop contacting me. It continues…..

Ordered 2 day shipping. Called after a week and they couldnt find my package. They told me they would call me back, they didnt. Called again, still no answer on the package. Ended up canceling the order.

I ordered an air dryer that was supposed to arrive in 2 days. 4 days later I call and was told it would be here Monday. I called again on Monday when it didn't arrive. Finally got it 10 days after my order was placed. It appears to have been a return it was scuffed up an slightly dirty. I installed it and it has a slight leak coming out of the purge valve. So now I have to pray it doesn't fail or go through the trouble of removing it and sending it back. I've already lost a lot of money sitting waiting for this place to get its crap together. Never again will I order anything from this place. The price was good upfront but I ended up losing money sitting waiting on them to get me my part.

Ordered the wrong part ok my fault. Payed 1500$ for the part 30% restock fee + 250$ shipping refund 700$. Customer service terrible! Buy at your own risk

Costumer service doesn’t reply on emails. 4 Weeks after my order its still not shipped.

I paid for what I thought was 2 business day delivery and now it’s going to be a week for $40.00

I was able to get a very hard to find belt within a week. Very happy

Did not like the two day delay when paying for next flight out or one day. This caused a late delivery and causing me to cancel half of my vacation.
I requested compensation fir over payment for one day shipping. I'm pleased to have this refund.

Email was sent 5 days ago, still no reply.
Part arrived today.

Part is NOT OEM, and not new its was sold as NEW item!

Missing the part number 9L2P-7G391-AA

Same part as you sold as "new original" i can buy for 1/4 of the price i paid you.

Please advise ASAP.
