Super nice and welcoming place. Had to wait for my husband here and the staff in the office offered me coffee. Everyone is polite and helpful. My husband liked customer service as well!

The item came in an unprotectected and unpacked box that had broken open. The plastic cap had come off and the piston slid out of the liner leaving the weight of the rod and piston on the rings. I had to take a file and clean up the top of the liner and go to Pantropic to purchase a new set of rings. Without the plastic top I had to install the items individually instead of as an assembly.

I called and checked to see if part was available , the salesman checked with the warehouse and said the part was in stock. I went online and ordered the part within 2 minutes. I ordered next day air on Monday and still no part on Thursday. I called and the salesman said they immediately cancelled the sale because they didn't have the part. The money was taken out of my account. There was no call or email to tell me they cancelled the sale. I was left hanging for 3 days of which i could have been looking elsewhere. Now waiting for card to be reimbursed.

First off, the bug screen didn't fix too small. I would have seen if you had a bigging one for my truck. but not when you guys are charging me 30% restocking fee.

Terrible customer service 30% restock fee, for a order that was canceled, I emailed the same email I purchased, ordered online they said I should have called, so it's OK to order online but not cancell.. don't order from them if you have any doubt.. 10-15% yes sucks but come on.. crooks.. for an unopened package..
