Amazing service - very responsive to queries, and I received my terrarium within 24 hours of ordering it! Everything was in great condition, and the terrarium looks amazing. Would purchase from them again.

Just so you know for the future: if you ever need guaranteed next-day delivery, you can select the named day delivery option at checkout (just £3 extra) and place your order before 2pm. It usually arrives the next working day without a hitch — though very occasionally couriers have a hiccup (rare, but it happens!).

Failed to deliver
Paid extra for named delivery day as it’s a birthday present with instructions to leave the parcel in the porch if no one is at home and they haven’t bothered to deliver it at all.

We're truly sorry for the frustration caused by the delivery issue. Your order was dispatched on time, but as we rely on third-party couriers for the final delivery—in this case, DPD—there can occasionally be unforeseen issues. According to the tracking details, the driver attempted delivery on Monday but may not have deemed the location safe to leave the parcel at that time. Fortunately, it was successfully delivered the following day and placed in your requested safe place.
We completely understand that this wasn’t the experience you expected, especially for a birthday gift, and we sincerely appreciate your patience. As a valued returning customer, your support means a lot to us. To make up for the inconvenience, we have already refunded the extra charge for the named delivery day.
We hope you’re happy with your order now that it has arrived, and we truly appreciate your feedback.
