They created the trophies for our Watermelon Festival Car Show in June, and we received so many compliments on them throughout the event. Everyone loved the design and quality, and they truly helped make our awards feel special.
I was so impressed that while I was on vacation in Texas, I made it a point to stop by their shop just to personally thank the team. That's how much I appreciated everything they did for us.
I've recommended Trophy Monster to many of my friends already, and I absolutely plan on using them again for future Lucky Tree Car Shows. The entire team is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the work they do.

Wrong printing on trophy bases
Trophies and medals are fine, but I ordered 3 each text engraving trophy bases for 1st place and 2nd place. Actually received 1 for 1st place and 5 for 2nd place. Not what I needed. For 2 teams of 3 players each 5 second place doesn't fit my nee

Really tacky
Trophies look like solid blocks of acrylic in the photos, but are tacky and horrible. Good photos of a terrible product. Not good value for money.

We’re sorry to hear that you did not like the trophy, but we do feel this review gives an unfair impression of how the product was presented.
The listing includes clear photographs of the trophy from the front, side and back, and the description specifically states that it is made from 6mm-thick acrylic. It is therefore not advertised as a solid block of acrylic, and we have made every effort to show exactly what customers will receive before ordering.
We fully appreciate that personal taste is subjective, and not every product will suit every customer. However, describing the item as misleadingly presented is not accurate in this case. We also received no contact before this review was posted, so we were given no opportunity to discuss the concerns or arrange a return.
We always aim to be transparent about our products and remain happy to assist customers who contact us directly if an item is not suitable.
Affordable, quality, and quick!
I wanted to find some trophies that were affordable but that looked bespoke and of quality. Trophy Monster definitely delivered! Plus, it was a fast turnaround. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Slow, last minute, unorganized- rude
Waited past the deadline for in stock shipping to process awards. Run a business as wait until last minute instead of getting orders out quickly. Issued a refund in full but delivered snarky messages. I spend $50k a year on trophies, and by far the worst vendor I have encountered

We are very disappointed to read this review, as we do not believe it fairly reflects either what happened or how the matter was handled.
Although the materials for these awards were shown as in stock, the awards themselves are made and personalised to order. Our advertised production lead time was clearly displayed when the order was placed. Unfortunately, once the customer realised this timeframe would not meet their event date, they politely requested a cancellation.
We agreed immediately and issued a full refund that same morning. Having reviewed the correspondence, all messages from our team were polite and clear.
We completely understand the disappointment of discovering that an order cannot be completed in time for an event. However, describing us as the “worst vendor” encountered, after we immediately provided a full refund, feels neither accurate nor fair.
